Peaceful & beautiful stay

The accommodations were exactly as listed. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub and listening to the birds as I drank my coffee in the morning. It was just what I needed to celebrate my 60th birthday! The free and discounted tickets were amazing!!!

Beautiful cabin, beautiful stay!

We loved everything about this cabin. It was in the woods and more secluded, it was beautiful and very rustic, the hot tub and the jetted tub was great, and very easy to get to by GPS. Highly recommend this cabin!

Great weekend getaway!

We loved the location. Just high enough in the mountains. Quiet. Loved the back balcony with hot tub. We loved that it was all screened in. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was great for a couple. Very nice and simplistic just what we needed. Location was great to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Couples getaway

The cabin was beautiful , almost everything was great . However when we got ready to sit down and watch TV in the evening,my boyfriend had to keep messing with the remote to get it to work. He had to turn it on and off several times before it would get signal. I don't know if the batteries are going bad or if it's the service, either way it was kind of annoying . The first time we got in the hot tub it was so hot we couldn't sit in it. We figured out how to turn it down and were able to get in it the next day. We also had to go buy toilet paper because there was only one roll provided for our four night stay . I would recommend some instructions posted for the hot tub and maybe look into the service for the TV. Also I think there should be extra toilet paper provided for the guest's I don't think they should have to go buy more for the amount of money they pay to stay at this cabin. If we didn't have these issues I would have given 5 stars !

Great little cabin

So we got this wonderful little cabin for the holidays when our original plans changed. We purchased this cabin because it has great features like a hot tub and a jacuzzi tub that is away from all the tourist area. The cabin was beautifully decorated and it felt like home! We were super excited to used the jacuzzi tub the first night! When we started the tub the jets started pushing black stuff all in the tub. This did put a damper on the jacuzzi but we figured it was because of lack of used. So we clean it up and hope better tomorrow. In the morning we tried turning on the hot tub. The tub was not working at all, we call the company and said they would send a tech but the tech never came. We decided to try to the jacuzzi again but every time we used it black stuff kept coming out. We also let the company know but again no fixing it. The next day we called again and the company said they would talk to local management. Local management did call back and we inform her of all the things that were going on and she said would send someone out. The tech that came look at the hot tub and inform us that he had put in a order himself to get the tub fix because of a short in the wire about two weeks ago. We showed him the issue with the jacuzzi but he said that was a housekeeping issue and didn’t know how to help. It was very disappointing that these problems were know by the company but was never listed because we probably would have picked a different location for this trip. The company did send a $219 credit for the issue which we are grateful for but it did put a damper since we got the place for these features. If these features are fix next time we travel up there, I would definitely use this cabin again, because it was a great cabin!! We love the home feel and the outdoor covered porch with fireplace! The bed was the most comfortable bed that we ever slept in outside our home! I would definitely recommend this place but I would call the company first to make sure the jacuzzi and hot tub are working if these are the features are a must In your vacation experience.

Much better than expected!

The property was clean, beautiful, well-furnished with an absolutely incredibly comfortable bed with remote control adjustments for head and feet. The hot tub was wonderful after two straight days hiking in the Smokies. This place was outstanding!

Wish it could be a 4.5 star

It was a fantasic stay, cabin was clean and comfortable. Even though it was cold we only needed the fireplace to keep the whole place comfortable. Now to the minor cons: Kitchen was lacking but had enough to get by. The toilet had a problem with constantly filling and a few days into our trip we had one of the ceiling lights start flickering. Jacuzzi was not working it was basically a giant bath tub. Over all the stay was amazing the cabin just needs some maintenence.

Wonderful Getaway

Great place for a couples getaway. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and still get around the Smoky Mountain National Park, this is a wonderful option!

Fireplaces did not work, not all windows are covered with shades, dirty laundry in washer, dirty counters and floors and so much dust and cobwebs.. called about the Fireplaces no one "reached out" to us after messaging vacasa twice!

Cabin in the woods

The house was beautiful, secluded and extremely comfortable. We were disappointed because the fireplaces was not working and when we called we were informed that they don't get turned on till February. That was not mentioned in the description of the property on the listing. The outside fireplace is 1 of the reasons we chose to stay here. False advertisement of the property.

Vacation 2022

Nice quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace and quite. The bed is so comfortable. Only thing that didn't work as we wanted was the air hockey table only half of it had air coming out but it didn't keep us from playing 😉 overall an amazing trip to gatlinburg and pigeon forge we would stay again.
