We enjoyed the condo. Overall it was clean however, only because I'm a clean freak the air vents needed to be cleaned or replaced if they are just discolored. Loved the large balcony. It was quite a hike down to the festival but we knew that going in. I know it was a crazy 4 day weekend for many places there so we appreciate the quick and friendly check in. Thank you!
The condo desperately needs renovation. Most all is original to when it was built. The vents have yellowed with the age of the interior. Cob webs were on most walls. You have to go to the realtor to pick up and drop off keys. Guest bathroom sink still doesnât drain well. Ceiling was chipping off in many rooms. Original ceiling fans from when condo was built. Black mold/dust on ceiling throughout. Front door would not shut without deadbolt. The ceilings have not been painted since being built. Doors were flaking paint throughout. Would not stay here again. The owner should be ashamed. The lady at Brett/Robinson was wonderful. She could not have been nicer. Unless listing says newly renovated, I do not recommend.
Property needs to be updated and cleaned. The rug was filthy and black. Couch was old and had stains, same with the chair. TV in living room did not work, called the company and they told us three days in a row that someone would be outâŠvery frustrating! The view and beach were amazing! Very calm and quiet area.
Excellent location on the beach, if you like less crowds. Our condo was very clean! Loved being on the 11 th floor! Living room furniture could be updated. Not very comfortable. We had a problem with our A/C, they were there within a few hours to fix it. We will be staying here again.
For a quick booking it was okay. Condo needs updating. Furniture was pretty old and tattered. Bathroom fans are so loud and should be replaced. Bedroom window has a plastic bag over it??? Maybe to block out light?? There are blinds or window treatments that do that. Must say mattress was very comfortable.
This is a great condo on the beach. The property was clean when we arrived. Perfect setup as far as beds and places to sleep for our children. They enjoyed the bunk beds in the hallway. We would have loved to stayed a week, but it was quite booked up in the area. Highly recommend this condo.
The location was great. Being the last condo before the state park meant lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful white sand and water. There weren't a lot of shells so when you walk without shoes it didn't hurt your feet. The water gradually got deeper because there weren't any drop offs. The elevators were fast and were never had to wait more than a minute to be on one. We were 1/2 mile from the pier abd it was nice to walk out on there and see lots of dolphins, fish, sting rays and sharks. The condo itself had a great balcony with a great view. Loved being on the 11th floor and seeing way out into the water and way down the beach. The king-sized bed in the bedroom was super comfy. There weren't many electric outlets there so I would take a couple extension cords if you have a few things to plug in and want them beside the bed. The kitchen had plenty of necessities. There was a pullout couch in the living room but wasn't the most comfortable but neither is any pullout bed. The 2 bunkbeds in the hallway were comfy but shorter than regular beds and were too small for my 6' tall son to sleep on. The pools and premises were kept clean. The TV in the bedroom and living room both worked well.
We really love this property with one exception. The necessity of the requirement to stop at Brett Robinson to pick up and drop off keys seems outdated. Keyless entry would make for a more pleasant experience.
