"Royal Palms 406 est situé au 561 East Beach Boulevard à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Cette adorable unité d'une chambre à coucher et de deux salles de bain offre un emplacement exceptionnel et un accès facile à la jetée du Gulf State Park! Avec un lit king size dans la suite principale, des lits superposés dans le couloir (réservé aux enfants) et un canapé-lit dans le salon, cet appareil peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Le balcon en front de mer offre une vue imprenable pendant que vous vous imprégnez de la vue, des sons et des odeurs du golfe du Mexique! Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement approvisionnée et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre confort et votre commodité. Deux télévisions, un lecteur DVD Blue Ray et une connexion Wi-Fi vous permettront de rester connecté et diverti tout au long de votre séjour.

Royal Palms est une belle propriété avec beaucoup d'excellents équipements. En tant que front de mer, vous aurez un accès facile à la plage de sable blanc de Gulf Shores tous les jours! Il y a une piscine intérieure et extérieure, une salle d'exercice, un hammam et un sauna. Veuillez noter qu'il y a une nouvelle aire de barbecue. La construction a 2 ascenseurs pour était d'accès dans tout le bâtiment.

Overall it was ok. It is small but that is what we wanted. Furniture was older, especially the sofa and balcony furniture cushions. Balcony railing was moldy. We noticed some dark spots in the ceiling. Bedroom fan had to be adjusted to work. Condo was well furnished and clean. Great view. One of the elevators kept malfunctioning. With a little effort it could be excellent.

Gorgeous view of the gulf from balcony. Wonderful to walk out onto the beach from the condo complex. Close to many choices for dining, recreation and shopping. We love Gulf Shores!

We had a great time! Wonderful location! Our only complaint was the bed. It was way too firm for us. Other than that, we will definitely consider staying again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view. The property is at a great location. Close to the state park and 59. Only issue would be the sofa bed in the living room. The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Bunk beds need to be for little kids.

Boardwalk

This property was perfect for our stay. I love that it is the last condo heading towards the state park. Less crowded. I would recommend that someone might suggest to the owner/rental property owners of the entire building that several boards on the boardwalk need to be replaced for safety concerns of guests.

Beautiful location

Beautiful views. Had everything needed for cooking for the family. Overall all everything was great. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Cabinet handle/knobs were greasy and freezer was a bit dirty. Decorative pillow for bed were dirty with white spots on them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four.
