SUGAR BEACH EST UN GRAND COMPLEXE TRÈS PROCHE DU PARC D'ÉTAT ET À TRAVERS LA RUE DE BEAUCOUP D'ACTIVITÉS AMUSANTES. TOUT NOUVEAU MEUBLE À TRAVERS ET NOUVELLEMENT PEINT.

Grand une chambre (avec 1 lit queen et 1 lit jumeau) deux condo de bain. La chambre et la salle de bain sont à l'étage. Il y a un canapé-lit et 1 salle de bain en bas avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité. Notre unité offre une connectivité Internet et WiFi. Le balcon donne sur l'une des piscines et offre une vue indirecte sur la plage.

La plage de sucre est située à proximité de nombreuses activités, restaurants et magasins. Le parc d'état du golfe est situé à quelques pas du complexe. De plus, la plage de sucre a quatre grandes piscines; l'une est une piscine pour enfants et l'autre est chauffée. N'oubliez pas la cabane à sucre qui propose des rafraîchissements, de la nourriture et des activités. Il y a des grillades et une belle salle à manger couverte côté plage. La plage de sucre a un parking couvert pour que votre voiture soit hors du temps.

Mary was a great hostess. The room was very clean and just the cutest condo ever. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beachview was exactly as they said it would be And the access was so convenient. What a great time we had.

One elevator didn’t work sand in the bed very low water pressure tub drains slow. Paid for parking an had a parking spot for only 2 days had to park outside the condo, we have stayed at this property several times an it’s good place I feel it’s over priced from others places we have stayed.

Sorry your experience at Sugar Beach was not good. I wish I could control the elevator situation however elevators go down and there's absolutely nothing I can do about that situation. Not sure how sand would be in the bed as it was obviously clean and sanitized bedding linens upon your arrival. There is plenty of parking underneath the building none of which is actually underneath the unit. I make every effort to offer great vacation accommodations for all my guests. I hope you have a better experience on a future vacation. Mary

Travelers, remember to bring your first aid kit. This is NOT a reflection/requirement of the host; the condo was perfect. We had a small toenail emergency had to use our first aid kit. Glad we remembered to pack it.

This condo is a hidden gem! Sugar Beach condos is an amazing location, close to great restaurants and activities. Gulf State Park is another gem, great for bike riding, walking- we hoped to spot a gator there but didn't happen- next trip! Condo was very clean, quiet location. Pools were great and easy beach access. Parking under the buildings is nice too. We cooked in usually breakfast and lunch- very well stocked kitchen-- prob the best stocked we have found in all our travels! It's just as described/pictured. We fell in love with OB and can't wait to return- and would def return to this condo! Great restaurants-- the Gulf is amazing views and great food- Docs is the best fried shrimp we've ever had

Great condo!

This is our 5th year to stay at Sugar Beach - first time in this particular condo. Clean and well stocked with essentials. As always, we loved our stay and think Sugar Beach condominiums are the best!

Easy Beach Access

We mainly booked this place because it is right on the beach and did not plan to be at the condo much during the day. We are a family of four and there was room for all of us, but it was a little cramped. Just perfect for sleeping at night though! The condominium complex could use a face-lift, but the condo itself was clean and comfortable.

Yes, it is a one-bedroom condo, best for two adults. It works for a young child or two as they would have to use the sleeper sofa. As noted in my listing this condo is not for four adults as you noted in your booking.

It’s a lovely location! Super awesome staff- those people were friendly and cleaning and doing work! Only suggestion is a tv in the bedroom. It was fair pricing, older but awesome spot. Recommend with no qualms.

Good stay on the beach

The unit was clean upon arrival and all equipment worked well the length of our stay. Nicely updated appliances and countertops. It’s not a huge place but worked well for what we needed for two adults and a 12 year old. Pool view from patio and side view of the Gulf. The grounds of the complex were “ok” but some areas are in need of maintenance. Overall, I was pleased with the price and can’t pick apart a older building. The location was great and just a short hop to most everything! Thanks Mary for being a great host!

Our first time to Orange Beach was great!

The condo was excellent!! Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children under 10) fit nicely. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, unlike our other friends who stayed in one of the high rises. The condo itself was beautiful and updated. The in unit washer and dryer was such an added plus! Convenient location, close to Gulf Shores. Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle, but we expected that. The complex is on the older side, but the Sugar Shack makes great drinks and not having to fight for elevators and go up and down 30 flights was amazing!! We will definitely stay again :)

Gorgeous beach

We stay at this facility all the time. It is lovely. Family oriented. Good pools. Mary was pleasant to talk with. The only issue is the couch is uncomfortable to sit in. And there is no tv upstairs. Overall the unit was decorated cute and was clean. We will stay again. Hope the high rise next door will not hurt the property rentals.

Overall fine. Only one elevator was working. In condo, listing has two TVs, there was only one in living room. Microwave and dishwasher worked but not strong. Small issues.

Not as expected

This was our 4th trip to the area. Booked this condo because of the multiple 5 star reviews. It was not as expected. The complex is every old and needs updating. The unit was okay, not as clean as expected. It is very small for two adults and two 11 year olds. Not enough seating in the living room and very tight. The beach access, pools, and security were great. Better accommodations are available for the price.

Sorry, you were disappointed in what appears to be the size of our 1 bedroom condo. My listing states although it sleeps 4 the unit is great for two adults, however if you have a couple of small children that could work.

Nice place

Stayed here while in Alabama for a wedding with friends. It was pretty clean, i did sweep up tons of sand in the upstairs the 1st day and picked up trash and water bottles behind toliet and under bed and in closet. But over all clean.. had a decent kitchen, everything worked as expected. Good beach, nice pools...owner was fast in communication...Cons .Parking is congested, and tight, my truck ended up getting a huge scratch. The elevator was so slow to wait on. Not having an ocean front view on the balcony, which i knew didn't.. I personally ended up having to leave a day early. So i really hope things were picked up and left in order.

Mike and I recently purchased this condo because we love the beautiful beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. My husband grew up in Mobile and enjoy getting back there as often as possible. We live just outside of Louisville Kentucky where both of us were born and lived most of our adult life. My husband is a custom cabinet maker and owns his own business. I am a commercial banker along with managing our rental houses here in Louisville.

We love the Sugar Beach complex. It has great security with management of the complex living on site. Also, along with the beautiful beaches this complex is located next great restaurants, activities, shopping and more.
