Dollywood Cottage, unit 501 “Four Bearoom” is located just three miles from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country, sleeps 8 and is the perfect cottage for the family looking to get away, yet still be close to everything. This newly remodeled one Story 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage has everything with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area for 7, and a Bar area seating for 4. The living room is equipped with a Comfy Sectional couch, chair, electric fireplace, and a 55-inch flat screen Television. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. Great Location to go the back way to Gatlinburg without going on the main parkway Just 9.7 miles from the Craft Community in Gatlinburg and Close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This lovely cottage is waiting for you and your family’s next visit to the Great Smoky Mountains. Four Bearoom is Also Pet Friendly, Dogs are welcome but must be under 35 lbs and additional fees apply and must follow Fireside Chalets pet policies. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. No Smoking. Family trip

We spent a few nights with a party of 6 ages 15-60 and we had a wonderful time. Only issue we had at the place was the cookware needs to be replaced. We ended up having to make pancakes in a pot, but other than that the place was great. It was clean, beds comfortable and I absolutely loved the tower fan.

Four bear room

Place was in a great location about ten miles from the Island and five miles from Dollywood! Easy access to all attractions! House was a 4 bedroom house with full kitchen and easy access to all places! Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

It was wonderful very clean very home like and lots of space! The only thing we needed was a broom and mop so we could keep the floor clean as when we arrived. I would for sure stay here again.

It was a nice cabin..plenty of towels.. .great .privacy..for its location...over all.a great experience..would rent again ..no BBQ grill..however....

Family Time

House was perfect for us, especially since my husband uses a walker. Open floor plan was nice. Would definitely stay here again. We come almost every year and out of all the houses we have rented this was the best.

Fun in the Smokies!

Location for all that we did was excellent! Cottage was as as described. We had older family members so one floor was great. Only negative, beds were hard.

Family extended weekend away

Absolutely PERFECT location. A very clean and quiet house. We had horseback riding ,Dollywood and The Island all just minutes from the driveway. All 8 members of the family was pleased and have agreed this will be our spot for Pigeon Forge.

Family fun

It was just as it was pictured on line. Just a little off the beaten path but easy to get to the strip without getting in a lot of traffic. Perfect size for our family as everyone had their own room and bed. The dog loved it too, we would probably book it again in the future.

Family weekend

This was our first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, BUT it was so perfect! The whole experience…from making reservations all the way to checking out! This house was amazing! It was clean and we didn’t have a problem with anything! It was perfect for our family! There was everything we needed in the house as well as outside! We would definetly stay there again!! Five stars on everything!
