My only issue with the property is that the upstairs shower is teeny tiny and there is no light for you to shower. The washer takes forever, but if you start it before you leave for the day when you get back, the washer will be done. Overall, everything was fantastic.
Samantha thank you for the feedback on your stay at Altitude Adjustment. I will certainly look into the issues you've mentioned and see what we can do to address them. You're welcome back anytime.
Worn down items. Rug was torn, light was out, no creamers or sweeteners/sugar for coffee, stains in outdoor furniture cushions. Two Keurig cartridges only. No comforter on king bed. Cannot say I was impressed at all.
Thank you for the feedback on your stay with us. I'll address the cleaning issues you've mentioned with our cleaning team. I'll make sure that the listing better shows that we only supply basic amenities.. I do hope otherwise you enjoyed your time in our beautiful smoky mountains.
The king bed in the master suite is awful. I wouldnât stay here again just based off the bed alone. Itâs Hard as a rock, there were not enough covers on the bed just two sheets and absolutely no extra covers could be found and pillows were super flat and worn out. When you are older, that makes for a rough week on your body and joints, neck and hips. The washer is super super slow. It was nasty in and around the gaskets inside and took forever to fill up and wash on the fastest shortest load. Outside on the porch needs more lighting. Very hard to see at night. Motion light was nice at the trash bins. The ceiling fan in the master has no remote so if you are a person where a fan at night is a must you need to bring your own. Itâs either on or off. You cannot just turn the lights off and leave the fan or vice versa. The house is beautiful but the upstairs bathroom shower has no light in it so my kids had to use ours in the master which made it more awful and crowded. Convienant location but paying that much for just a few days isnât worth it with such an awful bed, no pillows and no covers to pull from. Bring your own if you stay here.
