Although this is an older house, it was clean, in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the beds were comfortable, the communication with the host was quick. Our kids loved the movie room and the dance pole got some action. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The property had some defects, the pool table was ripped and couldn’t be used , I thought the place would be great for family but r it’s more for younger people to enjoy. Host is great, easy to contact, responsive. The place is very clean. The check in hour is late 4pm and checkout is 10am way too early. Overall the place gets a 7/10 from me.

House was clean, check in was smooth, and communications were easy. It's a well kept, brightly decorated older home located in a nice neighborhood with walking trail, stores, restaurants and highway nearby. Only issues we encountered were the quantity of some items. The house sleeps 16, but there were only 12 towels, forks, plates, etc. Also, the gas for the grill lasted for half a meal and they indicated we would have to pay to have the tank refilled/replaced.Would definitely stay again if we're fortunate enough to get back to Denver area.

What an amazing place for a group of teens to spend spring break. Lots or rooms and beds and the game room was perfect. TV's and gaming consoles made for great downtime activities.

Fantastic family friendly home

Although 420 friendly, the home was super family friendly. The game room got the most use in our stay. Although things don’t work perfectly they work great to keep the kids entertained for hours. We stayed over Easter weekend and the yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt and some outdoor family fun. The property manager stayed in contact and was very attentive with any questions or concerns we had. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

Bachelor party

This place was great, the house was very clean and tidy, Shaq was a great host as well ready to answer any questions when needed and even checked in to see how the stay was going I’d come back and rebook with Kush! It’s great for big groups. The only small complaint I would say is I thought there would be more beds we had 14 it said it slept 16 you will need to double up 14 was the max I would say could sleep there that is with doubling up also but overall and excellent stay very very clean place.
