Minutes from Old Towne Arvada, Red Rocks, Boulder, or Downtown Denver - home of Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, and Ball Arena. Enjoy walkable parks, nearby shops & dining, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, fast wi-fi, and new comfy mattresses. Two separable units make this home perfect for groups traveling together.

The 80s Room - Neon lighting and old school cool movie posters and retro game references steal the show in this room that is almost better viewed with the lights off and the neon on!
The 90s Room - Jazz cup anyone? Featuring a reference to the food court cup we all know and love as well as nostalgic VHS tapes, Goosebumps books, and classic 90s CDs, this room might get you knocked down (and then get up again).
The 2000s Room - This spacious room contains 2 queen beds and nostalgic decor to some of the great technology, tv shows, and movies of the early 2000s. Was it really that long ago? IDENTITY THEFT IS NOT A JOKE, JIM.

We are also only a three minute drive to the fantastic Old Towne Arvada. This charming city center is absolutely worth the visit and a great place to grab dinner, drinks, or walk around and browse the shops. We highly recommend it as its truly our favorite place! Well, besides the mountains :).
The house is also centrally located for you to conveniently explore all there is to offer in the Denver Metro area! 12 minutes to RiNo / Lower Downtown (LoDo) / Downtown, 25 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 15 minutes to front range hiking, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and only 55 minutes to skiing at Eldora! When you stay with us, you're truly close to everything!
While there are some restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance, the overall location is pretty car-dependent. To get around, we would recommend driving or ride-sharing. We have up to 4 spots for all of your vehicles!
We have an exterior security camera monitoring the side and back of the house as well as a smart doorbell.
