Great location! Quiet neighborhood close to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants, and groceries. The pool was nice and warm. Beds were comfortable. Just was very responsive when any questions were asked or if issues arose. Our group of 10 had a blast!

Winter getaway

Property was as described. We arrived early and were able to check in. Neighborhood is very quiet but close to all the amenities and beaches. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was amazing. But only draw back was the up keep on the lawn care in front yard and on the back side near pool. Grass was too tall. Overall great property!

Amazing Stay for Family

This home completely exceeded our expectations. Safe, quiet neighborhood and very clean home. Amenities were well maintained and the property was luxurious and comfortable. Property management was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. We will absolutely rebook in the future.

We had an awesome time at this property.The ONLY thing we could say negative is that the exterior pictures need to be updating. Landscaping was less than desirable than the pictures depicted and that was one on the things that we considered when selecting this property.Nice ,neat,clean privacy in the back and very enjoyable.

Home was clean. It’s an older home that has been mostly renovated. The neighbor is nice and not to far of a drive to the beach. There’s signs in every bathroom about the delicate plumbing and how you have to pay 250 of a plumber needs to come. there’s threatening signs everywhere about being noisy or playing music that can be heard across the fence line which was off putting. It’s a small yard so any music could possibly be heard at the fence line. As an older adult couple we weren’t going to be loud but a little music in the afternoon would have been nice by the pool. The cleaning lady walked into the home at 9am the day we were leaving then acted shocked that I was still there and told me I needed to be out by 11 which I was aware of but it was distressing to have a stranger just unlock the door and walk in.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean and enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. To be fully transparent, the plumbing signs simply ask guests not to dispose of anything other than toilet paper in the toilets, which helps prevent plumbing issues. The other signs are just reminders of noise rules. They’re not meant to feel threatening, but rather to help avoid issues and ensure everyone can enjoy the property comfortably. Guests are welcome to enjoy music in the outdoor space during the day, as long as it’s kept at a comfortable, not loud, volume and in line with local quiet hours after 9 pm. We apologize for the cleaner entering early on the day of checkout. She was passing by and, seeing no cars in the driveway, believed the home had already been vacated. Great pool house

Beautiful property in a great area. I took my son & his kids for a pool house getaway and they loved it. A lot of space...I really enjoyed the jacuzzi (jets arent really strong) but has a recliner and enough room for 5 people. All of the beds are super comfy and house is spotless. Huge washer/dryer. Pool area can get super slippery especially for young ones (there is a glass coffee table by the pool that I put extra towels on to avoid any accidents). Bathroom outside with a full shower is a plus! The large wooden table and lounge chairs by the pool and grill make it a great family get together. The only thing I wish was better is the master bedroom did not have a remote that went to the TV we tried everything...and the back bedroom next to the living room has no tv...but other then that it was a lovely, enjoyable vacation property to just relax...front porch is very zen ; )

Mixed feelings

First I will start with the good , host was responsive , house is large and pool is nice and clean , the location is close to the beaches and grocery stores. Now for the less good , the yard is terrible , weeds and debris.. needs a refresh terribly . Fence has boards missing and is falling down in places . The overall quality of this house is tired and worn. The neighbors dog next door barked non stop , if it was out it was barking . There is a camera on the pool deck which when we inquired the property manager said could be turned off , we did not like this . Also , a for rent sign was put up in the middle of our week long stay which made us a target for theft. We asked to take it down and after some resistance it was. The master bedroom mattress was placed upside down and was sagging . They did bring us a different one when we asked(very responsive ). This home could be lovely since it’s so spacious but it’s just tired. I wanted to give it a better review but just couldn’t ..

Very nice Property

The property is very nice the only thing the master bedroom does not get cool during the day or at night but the other rooms of the house was snowball cold!! Would stay there again.

Great house for small family

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the area around the pool gets very slippery when wet. It was a concern with little kids. But the set up of the house and the access to the pool were all great. We enjoyed the house.
