Our family enjoyed the quiet backyard after spending the day exploring the area. The backyard kitchen was also an outstanding feature of this VRBO.

Great location + heated pool!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The location of the property was great since Young Circle Park, Hollywood Blvd, and even a Walgreens were well within walking distance. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Great stay

We enjoyed our time in Hollywood at Francisco’s property. He was very accommodating and responsive to any questions and requests. The location can’t be beat. Close to the downtown area that has many good restaurants to choose from. Also an easy short bike or car ride away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice urban feel. Was enjoyable to come back to the outdoor pool and BBQ area after a day out and about. Thanks Francisco for a great stay!

Perfect for our family

My family and I loved our time at this property. We were in town for a wedding and it offered everything we needed and more. If we ever come back to this area, we would most definitely stay here!

My family and I just returned from our stay at this wonderful property. We had a great time. The house was very nice and clean. The backyard was amazing and so spacious. Highly Recommend

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great, nice clean home and property, amazing back yard, pool and spa, and the owner was one of the best we’ve dealt with. We have rented numerous vacation properties and Frank was so friendly and helpful. He checked in periodically to make sure all was going smoothly and to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent Host and Property

The home was very clean, well stocked, nice amenities as well as great location to walk to restaurants. Frank was a wonderful host and was always available to reach with any questions we may have. Would definitely stay there again if in that area.

It’s got everything you need

This property was done right. Open concept, bright, airy, and roomy, and very comfortable. It had everything you needed, which is rare for rental properties. The owner was flexible and very responsive. The outside is beautiful, and the pool was warm, perfect for the current weather. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was exactly how it was listed. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, the outdoor dining was amazing, and the beach/broadwalk was just a short drive. Franc was always readily available. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home!!! Frank was the best host whenever we needed anything he was a phone call/ txt away!! Will definitely be back to his home!! It is as listed and is the cleanest house we have ever stayed at!! Looking for a secret hideaway this is your place!!

Amazing Property

I rent vacation homes and by far this one surpassed all previous ones. The outdoor is an oasis and the indoor is spacious. The host makes you feel like the royal family coming to visit. We will be back!

Winter Escape

The property was perfect for us and the host was excellent to interact with! House was very clean and spacious and outside dining area was a nice plus. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and were pleasurable to use even during days with temps in the low 70s. The host was responsive to every need we had and even allowed us extra time to check out when we encountered travel delays. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again if in the area!!

Our lovely “Winter Vacation”

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and updated. Love the open space with kitchen/living room, made it easy to visit while eating and watching tv. We got to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub (granddaughter loved the pool area). And has private fencing/locked drive in gate. Perfect location. Francisco was absolutely the best host! Very quickly responds to your questions. I 💯 recommend this place if you are coming to Hollywood for a get away.

Lovely little house

This house offered everything it promised. It was perfect for our families stay, was a good jumping off point for sight seeing, and the pool/hot-tub was a welcome distraction. The setting was a little more residential than I was expecting and while it was private you are close to neighbors. I parked on the street instead of using the gated parking area in the rear, and it felt very safe. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Always responsive and helpful.

Right in the Heart of Hollywood

Perfect home and location for a S Florida getaway. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of living room and kitchen space. Plus, a nice pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and grill, and private car port. The home was impressively clean and organized and the landscape and pool/spa were well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is a great place to unwind after a long day of adventure. This property is only 3 blocks from Artspark, which often hosts community events like movie night or concerts. It’s only a few blocks to downtown Hollywood where there are lots of great eateries, a couple of gelato shops, and some entertainment. Finally, it’s less than 2 miles to the Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The host was very accommodating and touched based occasionally to ensure all was well. I would recommend this property for anyone planning a stay between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. I travelled with my husband, baby and my mom. The house was very modern and spotless. Everything was extremely comfortable and the patio was just amazing. Perfect getaway for our social distancing vacation. The pool and hot tub were great. Great space for bbq and to eat while getting fresh air. There were enough pool chairs for tanning, also beach chairs, and even a pack and play for our little one. The owner contacted us before hand and was extremely approachable during our stay. Only few minutes (drive) from the Hollywood beach, which wasn’t very crowded and with very easy parking. Lots of restaurants close by with take out and delivery options. If we come back will definitely come back to this property.
