Great shallow, covered pool is perfect for kids.Bad: sharp corners, small/big steps, bathtub has marble steps that are slippery/messy.Back gates do not lock! Neighbors have signs discouraging rentals, there are many vacant houses - hence warnings about parties. Confirmed an early arrival of 11AM, arrived at 12:30 and the keypad did not work.We were locked out for an hour. Patio chairs are falling apart/badly stained, pool umbrella is broken.There was a dead cockroach in the tub, 2 more were found. Coffee pot was dirty. Mold in the back shower; the girls had black feet from the floors. Some outlets don’t work. We found out when the baby sound machine died and our 1yo started screaming at 4am. The AC broke, it was 80 in the house. We opened the windows, some didn’t have screens and let the mosquitos in. Hot tub buttons are touchy - Host offered to turn it on remotely if we texted. The bedroom door lock came off in my hand. Keypad code didn’t work. Host came to check it out (and agreed but later denied) that the lock was faulty. Explanation was that we should not touch the inside locks. The washer works well enough but is broken. The dryer will take multiple cycles to dry. I know the stereotype of a bad review but you need to know. I requested a partial refund. They refunded 100. picked this place for the pool and my girls loved it. The adults were stressed and grossed out.
