Situé idéalement entre Los Angeles et le comté d'Orange, ce cottage de plage d'ALAMITOS BAY se trouve sur la péninsule. Vous constaterez que vous êtes arrivé dans une petite ville balnéaire tranquille avec toutes les commodités d'une grande ville métropolitaine.

Votre escapade se situe entre l'océan et la baie - profitez du lever du soleil sur la baie (à environ 100 pieds) et du coucher de soleil sur la plage (peut-être à 200 pieds). Mais assurez-vous de vous détendre et de respirer! Tu es en vacances. Si vous êtes venu travailler dans la ville, à l'université ou au port, nous ferons de notre mieux pour que vous sentiez que vous venez de trouver votre nouveau «bureau à domicile» dans cet endroit isolé.

Traversez la porte et empruntez les escaliers pour trouver votre propre terrasse spacieuse où vous pourrez faire un barbecue, dîner en plein air ou tout simplement vous détendre toute la journée. Ce confortable 1 chambre / 1 - 1/2 salle de bain a tout ce que vous pourriez vouloir dans votre propre maison loin de chez vous. Vous trouverez des logements bien aménagés qui rendront votre séjour confortable.

Notre objectif est de vous assurer que vous êtes entouré de choses qui disent: "Bienvenue, tu ne viens pas rester un moment?" Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous promener dans la baie ou la plage, avec votre chaise de plage et une serviette. Notre attention impeccable aux détails vous le fera savoir, nous voulons rendre votre retraite tranquille. Backgammon, quelqu'un d'échecs? Regarder un film? Besoin d'un livre? Pas besoin de courir en ville. Sauf si vous voulez. Quoi que vous choisissiez de faire avec votre temps, vous serez sûr de vouloir revenir encore et encore.

This 1940s cottage was amazing! Its beautiful nautical/beach decor and large outdoor deck provided the perfect place to relax. The owner made checking in and out incredibly convenient enabling us to focus solely on enjoying our stay. We look forward to returning soon!

Great Location

Great location on the peninsula. No ocean view, but you can hear the ocean, especially at night. The beach and bay are very close. Natalie is very nice and considerate.The bed is good as is the shower. The apartment is a little worn and the bedroom is tight. The living and dining area are good-sized.Night parking can be a challenge.Overall, a nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Forget the hotel and stay at this beautiful property. It is close to everything in Long Beach and perfectly located steps from the beach. Natalie is the most amazing host. This is truly a hidden gem in Long Beach.

Cottage on the Peninsula

The upstairs cottage is sweet and charming. It’s quiet, private, comfortable, and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and the proximity to both the bay and the ocean couldn’t be closer. I had a very enjoyable stay!

Did not disappoint: the location, full size apartment, the large front deck, and a wonderful host were better than we expected. Super clean and such fresh fluffy linens were special. Felt like noone ever stays there which isnt the case!

Made for a great stay in Long Beach!

This was our first time in California. The beach cottage was comfortable, inviting, yet private. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Natalie met us on arrival, made us feel quite at home and included snacks and breakfasts foods. She made herself available for any needs we had. A wonderful host!

Nicely updated upstairs unit of an older beach area duplex. Very friendly and accommodating owners live in the unit below, so you deal directly with them instead of some uninformed corporate property manager. Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

So relaxing we could have stayed for a month

Our 9-day stay at the beach house was everything we had hoped for and more. Nestled between the ocean and the bay we appreciated that it was quiet and serene. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Natalie provided amenities we never would have received at a hotel or probably any other vrbo: from a bowl of delicious tangerines on the dining table, three types of coffees, teas, oatmeal, tortilla chips plus berries, creamer and salsa in the fridge, to beach towels, chairs, sun & rain umbrellas, surf board, make up remover... I mean really... where else would you find such care!

Between the Beaches

Very cute property located about 1/2 block either way between the beach on the marina side or the Pacific on the other side. The property owner was so sweet and made sure we had what we needed. She even stocked coffee and breakfast items for us because our flight came in after 9pm. Many Thanx to Natalie we Loved our stay!!! Highley recomend this spot gang!! The Floyds

Perfect from start to finish

A perfect place to experience the peninsula. Natalie greeted us when we arrived and guided us in things to do. We loved that there was some welcome things in the fridge and coffee Juice and bagels to start our stay. The wine was a nice touch to finish that first day without having to run to the store. My husband and I really loved Natalie’s hospitality and home. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Just what we wanted! Charming, conveniently located cottage

This cottage is a wonderful place to stay to experience Long Beach. The cottage has a lovely outdoor patio where you can relax in the morning sun. You can walk to the Bay and the Beach and it's a nice walk or short drive to the shops and restaurants on 2nd street. There is also a fabulous cafe, Vibes, just 3 blocks away. Natalie took such good care of us during our stay. She stocked the house with food, wine and coffee and texted us advice on what to do and where to go. She is an amazing host and is there to help with whatever you need.

A great find

We have family (grandkids) in Long Beach and visit frequently. Have stayed everywhere from VRBO rentals in every end of town to the Marriott downtown. Although we have loved them all and have never had a bad experience, our most recent rental on the peninsula with Natlie is our favorite. Exactly as advertised, this rental was just what we were hoping for. Away from the hustle and bustle, quiet, clean and in a perfect location. We love the beach!!! Even though you can't actually see the beach, you can hear the waves and that was a big plus for me. Living in Ohio we never hear the waves!! Natilie is very kind and helpful and truly cares that you enjoy your stay. Can't think of anything negative to say, this rental was exactly what we needed. Thank You!

Long Beach House Vacation

We had an amazing time! Natalie was a wonderful host, the house was lovely. Great location, not on the beach but we'll within walking distance. Nice and quite. One thing I would mention is parking can be difficult, the first couple of nights we had to park a couple of blocks away. Not sure if this is the norm it not. Over all we would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Natalie!

Fantastic place to stay at a fantastic place to visit!

Let me start of by saying how wonderful Natalie our host was. She constantly was in contact with us to make sure we had our needs met and her hospitality was awesome! Not only did she give us a charming and comfortable place for my wife and I to use but she also had the kitchen stocked with bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, pasta and pasta sauce, as well as a bottle of red and white wines to name a few. My wife and I got delayed getting to LAX on the day of our arrival to the point is was early the next morning when we finally arrived. It was so wonderful to have those few things already in the kitchen so we didn’t have to go out right away to get food. Natalie also offered to extend our stay an extra day since we got in so late the first day. We had to get back, unfortunately, but the gesture was appreciated. The place was comfortable, inviting, clean, and stocked with tons of books, a nice tv with Dish as well as an incredible deck with a grill (it was pretty chilly so we didn’t get a chance to really use it). The rental was about 30 minutes to Disneyland, 1 1/2 hours to San Diego, and about an hour to Hollywood so it was pretty centrally located to the touristy activities we wanted to do. Needless to say, my wife and I had a wonderful time and so much of it was because of the accommodations Natalie provided. We will definitely stay at her place again when we visit in the future.

The Peninsula is a quiet, peaceful location for your travels. And the beach cottage is tucked away just off the sand.
