Beautiful end unit 3bedroom & 3 bathroom luxury condo in gated community in the middle of Princeville with gorgeous mountain and waterfall views from the large great room. The condo has been upgraded with teak and tile floors throughout and new vinyl floor planking in the bedrooms.

Upstairs in a queen size bed and a full bath. Down Stairs includes two King Size master bedrooms, Whirlpool tub in one of the master baths.

Enjoy the beautiful artwork throughout the condo. Gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiast, complete with Cuisinart appliances, spices, etc.. Private bbq on upper lanai. WiFi, HD flat screen tv with Ipod docking station, DVD player and DVD library, along with assorted board games and many local guidebooks/ historical references to the area. Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and beach umbrella provided. Community pool/hot tub across from condo. Two minute walk to the Makai Club House and tennis courts. Ten minute walk to the ocean.

Very spacious property, beautiful views from the house itself. Property is close to a pool that was nice and easily accessible. Rooms are clean, just some of the rugs and window blinds were falling apart. Property is close to the market, shops, and a variety of scenic lookouts and beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Beautiful home. Nice community. North end of Island.

7 night stay. Great home for 5-6 people. Be aware of your location is on the north end of the island, so if your planning excursions on the other areas of the island you may have long drive times.

Gorgeous views!

The mountain view is spectacular! The home is in excellent condition and met all of our needs for our family of four. Our 12 year old especially loved the pool. Close to several beaches and we enjoyed the variety of snorkel equipment available to use. Check in/out were easy. We would absolutely stay again.

We came here to celebrate two family birthdays and had an absolutely fabulous time. The location was great (we could walk to the beach!), the condo was spacious and clean and so well-equipped. It was really neat having access to the beach chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards. No notes!

Perfect!!

We had a ton of fun! Everything was great. The association rules were a little excessive and intimidating for the kids. Threats of fines for noise, splashing in the pool, not putting trash in the dumpster, etc. Of course, this had nothing to do with the host property but it created a little discomfort. Property, host and location were amazing

Property was just as advertised. Very nice master suites on the lower level. Upstairs bedroom was fine but somewhat small. Community is very nicely maintained. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. A very nice property.

Beautiful House

We had a fabulous time at this house; so comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with remedies, and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the beach accessories we were able to use. Communicating with the property manager was easy, and we loved the community pool! Thank you for the thoughtful setup!

Nice place for adults - lots of rules!

All good except shower floor and kitchen. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Knobs and door fronts sticky. Shower floor visibly dirty in glass block shower. Lots of snorkeling gear in a variety of sizes. Several beach chairs, boogie boards, other floats and beach umbrellas. Clean beach towels stacked in a visible location. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Hot tub

Everything was wonderful with one exception: the hot tub in the pool area was closed the entire time with orange cones. Could not reach the local property manager to even ask about it. That one detail would have changed our stay to a different property would we have known we couldn’t sit and look at the stars like years past.

The only amenity it lacked was air conditioning but we knew this ahead of time and besides the ceiling fans, the property had plenty of box fans, too.This villa had the most breathtaking views of the mountains and waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this property, it is beautiful inside and out.”

I mistakenly reached out to owner regarding a small issue. The response was immediate and proper folks were notified. Continued contact from Owner to make sure issue was addressed. On Island rep was willingly to fix that night yet not anything needing that response. Small issue fixed next morning. Owner reached back out to make sure our concerns were addressed. I was made to feel as if my business was greatly appreciated- what else could you ask? I would highly recommend this unit and the rental company. My on island experience I would rate as simply superb.Jay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked our rental direct through Hawaii Life. Booking and payment portal was easy to use. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions worked out great. There was no issue with code, garage, etc. The property was in great shape and clean. Everything that was advertised was there. We had a great stay at this super quiet complex. It will be at the top of our list when we come back. The only issue we had was communication prior to our arrival. We had sent roughly 3 emails to concierge regarding grocery delivery which were not responded to in a timely manner. Other than that, we had a very nice time and would rent with Hawaii Life again.
