This bright, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is located at Villas of Kamalii, in the prestigious resort community of Princevile. Perched on the highest part of world-famous Makai Golf Course, enjoy stunning mountain and waterfall views from your private balcony. This condo is walking distance to Makai clubhouse, Old Club Med trail, picturesque Nourish café, Russian fort, and Princeville’s beautiful sunset lookout. Hideaways beach, Sealodge beach, and the public beach at Hotel One resort are all within a mile. Enjoy the shops and restaurants at Princeville Center also, just a short two miles away.

This beautiful condo has everything you need to make you feel like you’ve arrived at your home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals and features a spacious island with beautiful granite countertops and a four-stool breakfast bar. The great room flows seamlessly from the kitchen and features a dining table and entertainment area with high-speed internet and cable TV. There is also cold A/C on the top floor of the townhome for those rare, muggy late summer days.

The upstairs features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs boasts dual master suites, both with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is also an independent workspace with a printer and small sitting area for anyone telecommuting while visiting the Garden Isle.

Just a short seven-minute drive to Hanalei and only fifteen minutes to Kilauea lighthouse, this wonderful townhome is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Kauai’s finest sights.

This wonderful has it all. It was a wonderful home to come back to after exploring the beauty of Kauai from the air, sea and land. Coffee on the back porch overlooking the mountains should be listed in guidebooks! Thank you for considering every detail in making this location the perfect "home away from home!"

Beautiful home away from home

This home was the perfect fit for our family of 6. It was a beautiful setting, and had all the amenities and comforts of home. It was so convenient being so close to the pool, as well as close to many of our favorite beaches and restaurants. The check in and check out was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Family of Six

We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect! The views are amazing from the balconies and the upstairs balcony has seating to enjoy coffee or an evening cocktail. The house has all the supplies you need to cook at home and offers other ammenities for the beach. One recommendation is for the host to offer more beach towels for guests. Overall, we would stay here again!

Beautiful spacious condo in a nice safe community

We had a great time! Condo was a good size for four adults and two kids (ages 2 and 3). It had everything we needed including a tub for the little ones. Also had beach chairs, an umbrella, several pool and beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys and boogie boards! Easy to access and good communication with the manager. Beautiful view from the kitchen/living area.

Great property, pool & spa awesome location, easy to get the beaches and town

Very clean. A little issue, none issue with the burners on the stove. Directions to place pots on the stove before turning on should be displayed for us non European guest. Washer should be aired out regularly or at least keep the door open. Friendly neighbors and guest. 5 star rental. Thanks

Love that our parking spot was right outside the door. The master bedroom that had the shower only was the most comfortable bed. The only feedback we’d give in investing in mattress toppers for the other two beds they were a bit stiff.Lastly we are hot sleepers and we’re nervous about no ac downstairs but pop open those windows and use the extra fans we were just fine!
