Dock details: The dock is privately owned only by this home. No surrounding properties would be sharing it. If you plan to bring a boat, you must bring or rent a boat mooring to keep the boat securely placed in the water overnight without touching the dock. We cannot keep boats tied to the dock. There is also nowhere on the shore to put a boat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Week at Crystal Lake

Interior space is good for 3 to 4 people, was clean and comfortable. Lighting in kitchen and living room needs improvement. Front yard lacks shade, very little waterfront “beach” space. Usable side yard and backyard is virtually nonexistent.

Cozy cottage vibes

Overall the house and our stay were good. The exterior needs some TLC, curb appeal. Three of us went up for a long weekend, we walked to downtown Bealuh for shopping, food and drinks! Everything met our needs, we had no issues at all. The water across the street is beautiful.

Cottage

Inside of the house was nice. It worked out great for what we needed. The lawn, weeds, cobwebs on the house were horrible. Does not look good from outside. We did enjoy our stay and would go back in the future. Awesome area to explore.

Cottage like house on the lake

The decor was perfect for a house on the lake. The game closet was a nice touch (we brought our own). It was perfect for our weekend involving a family wedding. You can tell it is an older home and some upgrades could improve it but it was quite nice as is without it. It would be nice if there were a key after you make entry the first time as entering the 10 digit code every time to get in was a little frustrating. The only reason I did 4 stars for cleanliness was the lawn was way too long and could not really use the yard and the outside entry.

Lovely place.

Cozy and private. We wound stay here again. Love the location and view. Nicely equipped. Comfortable beds, pillows not so much. Clean kitched, bath, and linens. However, should check for cobwebs & dust more often. Favorite thing? The original push button switches!

Enjoyable stay on a beautiful lake.

The bedroom set up and bathroom description in the listing are inaccurate. The house wasn’t as updated as Verbo residences we have previously rented. There was no outdoor dining area, to go along with the nice grill. The road running in front of the house was very noisy and troublesome if you travel with children. The view of the lake was beautiful. Sunsets every night. Nice dock. The house was well stocked with everyday items. Plenty of games and books for non outdoor time. The city of Beulah and surrounding small towns are all very nice. The area has an abundance of hiking and walking trails.

Homey and across quite street from beautiful lake

Beds are comfortable in the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked every meal here. The view, especially from the dock is spectacular. You can see the sunsets over the lake from there. Absolutely stunning. I did catch some fish, and the view out the front picture window of the lake itself is breathtaking. The water is as the lake name states, crystal clear. It is very shallow where the pier is, you can walk out I imagine 75 yards before a drop off. The furnishings are very comfortable and there are a little clues about the owner sprinkled throughout which are nice. If you’re in the area, my wife and I would definitely stay here again and the cleaning staff was fantastic. There was a minor issue that needed attention as we were there. A phone call later in a short period of time and it was cared for. Thank you Geof for making your home available for us..

Loved our time here!

Adorable! Cute, clean, and comfortable. Close to downtown Beulah and Frankfort. Beautiful sunsets over Crystal Lake directly in front of the house. We will definitely return to this sweet home.
