Emplacement central - lits King + Queen - à deux pas du Metrolink et parking hors rue

Book your 5⭐️ stay in this cozy second floor 2 bedroom/1 bath suite in the desirable DeBaliviere neighborhood. This vacation rental is only a 2 block walk from Forest Park & its Metrolink train stop, your group will have access to everything the city has to offer. This 100 year-old historic home is only blocks from Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair Exposition and Summer Olympics.

UPDATED May 30, 2025: Our neighborhood was hit with the May 16th tornado which was 1 mile wide and 23 miles long. Although many homes along its path were devastated, the buildings along our street mainly suffered roof damage, broken windows and uprooted trees. The city has cleaned most of that up and the area is getting back to normalcy. Our building received minimal damage and has been fully occupied.

"Suites in the Lou" offers 6 private furnished rental suites in one building - great for a large group which may want to all stay in one place. Walkable to Forest Park, Metrolink train stop, Delmar Loop, restaurants, and shopping. Additional listings can be found online at "SuitesintheLou" To see our other suites, go to my PROFILE page for a listing of all our accommodations in the same building.

Bordered by Delmar Boulevard, Lindell Boulevard, DeBaliviere Avenue, and Union Boulevard, this area includes exclusive streets like Kingsbury Square, Washington Terrace, and Waterman Place. The numerous late 19th century mansions, as well as the elegant apartment buildings and churches, make this neighborhood a St. Louis treasure.

Neighborhood Features:

• 19th Century architecture

• A mix of fine homes, condos, and apartment buildings

• Historic churches

• Crossroads College Preparatory School and other private and public schools

• A central location with walkable retail and dining options

How to Find our Building: Because we are on a dead-end street, you can only access our address coming from the East. There is no direct access from DeBaliviere Avenue.

Off-street Parking: Access to the parking lot is available after you arrive and check into your unit. A key to your back door entrance will be waiting for you inside. In the meantime, feel free to find a parking spot out front on the street.
