This 100 year-old historic home is only blocks from Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair and St. Louis Zoo.

UPDATE: On May 16, 2025 the Forest Park area was hit with a mile-wide tornado. Our building had minimal damage and maintains 100% occupancy. Some of the buildings along our street suffered roof damage, broken windows and uprooted trees. The city has cleaned up and the area is getting back to normalcy.

How to Find our Building: Because we are on a dead-end street, you can only access our address coming from the East. There is no direct access from DeBaliviere Avenue.

Off-Street Parking: Access to the parking lot is only available after you arrive and check into your unit. A key to your back door entrance will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter. In the meantime, feel free to find a parking spot out front on the street.
