Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is a a bright spacious unit in a convenient location. There are ocean views from nearby Kamaole Beach 1 that you can see while seated on your lanai. There are sunshades on the lanai to provide the optimum level of comfort. There are two bedrooms and two baths, AC in the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have undergone beautiful renovations and are equipped with updated showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room provides a sofa sleeper and a television in case you want to catch up on your favorite show while on vacation. Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Unit sleeps up to 6 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

The beds (especially the bed frames) could use an update they were quite wobbly And the master bed frame kept folding in on itself We had to give the big bed to the kids as it wouldn’t stay up with adults in it and my wife n I had to use the smaller bed which kind of sucked. I didn’t want to waste time dealing with it on vacation, fixing beds and calling maintenance was not part of my vacation plans. With new bed frames and mattresses would be killer!

A/C in the livihg room only and was a bit stuffy in bedrooms. Overall - good place and highly recommended.

Very nice

We love this location and this is a very nice unit in it. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that the beach chairs were all broken. The manager was very nice and attentive about replacing them but we shouldn’t have had to deal with that at all. Also, the supplies are not ample for the length of the stay. 4 dishwasher pods for 9 nights?? For what we are paying that sticks me as cheap. Other than that I would recommend

Great location unit is showing its age and overpriced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smoke alarm doesn’t work. Outdoor access hall way door to bedroom is poor and a security hazard simple cheep wood door and lockset. Easy to knock down with a strong shoulder or vice grip on the door knob. Lock box? Really bad security to open worked on more than one code. Door should have modern lockset with combo code. Screen door to Lani won’t close tight. Gap at top to let in bugs.Lani screens facing the beach very hard to close especially one on right . Fan blades are dirty all dirty and light switches too. Light fixture above dining table is broken. Fridge ice machine didn’t work for first two weeks and had to buy ice. Previous guests had turned up fridge temps. After turning down now working.Cutlery was deficient. Two steak knives and mismatches on other items. Knives were all dull and I had to sharpen.Three of four beach chairs were broken and there was no beach umbrella. We had to buy one.Unit needs a refresh with paint and fixtures. We were judicious with air con only using twice. Bathrooms were good. Beds comfortable. great views from Lani and location. For what we paid we were underwelmed. Unit owner would not have to spend much to get this to a four star rating. For what we paid 2 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent with beautiful views of the bay, directly across the street from the beach, and lots of eateries and shops nearby. Unit has plenty of space and sleeping options including a huge lanai, but is sparse on stocked supplies. There was supposed to be enough laundry soap for two loads of laundry, but I couldn't find any. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Location, Gorgeous View, Great Managers

We loved the wonderful location and view, right across from the beach. It was a joy to be able to cross the street to go for our daily runs by the water, or to swim. So close to seeing sea turtles, delicious food, shops -- in the middle of it all! The trade winds kept the apartment cool and balmy in December. Finally, great communication from the property manager -- so appreciate that, especially over the holidays!

We liked the condo but the south bathroom had almost zero hot water flow and the ice maker didn’t work. The girl in the office and the property manager were very unfriendly. We only asked two questions and they seemed perturbed and annoyed. No welcoming vibes like they could care less! And I rented 3 rooms!

Clean, quiet condo close to the beach

A peaceful place with a large balcony overlooking Kamaole Beach, all the appliances were clean and in working order, plenty of water pressure in the showers, no musty beach carpet smell. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the manager promptly replaced a damaged beach chair for us. Parking spots are a bit tight for larger vehicles but convenient, and plenty of places to walk to for dining, water sport equipment rentals, and groceries. All in all a pleasant place to stay!

Great place

Great place to stay. We loved the location, within walking distance to beaches, food, and shops. There were only two issues; first some of the utensils had food on them that we had to wash before using. Second, the one AC in the living room was inadequate to cool the entire condo. It was really warm at night in the back bedrooms, even using the box fan. The AC unit also made the lanai hot and noisy. Other than that, there were no issues. Check in was easy as well.

Great location*Nice beach across street

Didn’t realize no central a/c; saddened that guests probably leave food out so the roaches are perm residents along with the ants😩☹️ Location is fantastic, bathroom remodels are great and we did not use but appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc were provided for guests’ use!
