This house was the cleanest place we ever stayed and felt just like home. The house is beautifully furnished with attention to every detail. Everything in the home is quality and excellent. There is good attention to details with beautiful decor. We felt like we were in our home which is rare. The location is ideal and the communications are superb. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Excellent location with great amenities. Easy to get to and from the beach, handy outdoor shower, large kitchen for gathering and great table for puzzles and games. Pool was a wonderful addition and being able to heat it was helpful. We look forward to next year!

Amazing location and great for family

House was beautiful great place to stay for families. Our children enjoyed the pool. We had a great time at the beach. The house has amazing location short walk to beach and to the town for restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the Atlantic Cottage! It was in a great location to restaurants and super close to the beach. This was very important for us having 2 kids under the age of 3. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the best stay at Atlantic Cottage! It was clean, perfect for our family of 4 plus a set of grandparents! The location was perfect for beach access and nights at the cottage! The pool was the icing on the cake! 100% will be staying again!

Excellent Vacation Rental

The Atlantic Cottage is a great vacation rental. Excellent location and accurate to the pictures posted. The cottage was close in proximity to the beach and local attractions. I would definitely rent this property again.

A Wonderful Place to Rent

The property is walking distance to a the beach with a few places to eat or get a drink around it. While there are houses close by, it still feels very private. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again

The Perfect St.Simon's Vaca Home

What an amazing place to stay! Check-in was so easy and we were just a minute away from the beach and local restaurants. The house was BEAUTIFUL. We loved the master bath and all the closet storage space. The pool was a perfect afternoon spot with some shade and privacy. We can't wait to stay here again!

We loved the house, the ice machine and wine cooler were great!Plenty of space. Wakalbe to places ot eat & drink. Close to the beach. I do wish the pool are had lounge chairs.

Wonderful week in SSI

Our family of 4 had the most relaxing week in SSI. This rental property was perfect for us! The house was conveniently located to the beach, Village, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it & can't wait to go back!

AMAZING Property and Location

We could not have asked for a better house for a short weekend getaway to St. Simons. The house was immaculate and quite-honestly more impressive than the photos online. The location with public beach access and restaurants all within a 2-block radius is hard to beat. I have already recommended this property to friends and will look to stay here again on my next trip to SSI.
