Stroll right out onto the Intracoastal waterway via the complex boardwalk or rent a boat just a few blocks away. Ample dining options and fun-in-the-sun activities are also within easy walking distance. Head to Clearwater Beach eight milesaway for a jet-skiing or parasailing adventure. TripAdvisor named it the number one beach in the nation in 2018.

The bright living area invites you to unwind into vacation mode, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Settle in and watch a movie on the cable TV. Compose postcards in the convenient office. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When culinary creations are complete, gather together at the dining table or sip morning coffee at the bar.

Find privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a cable TV. The en suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest suite also features an en suite bathroom.

Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.
During your stay, you may notice the following:
•Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
•Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
•Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
•Changes to walkway access routes around the property
•Active work zones visible in some common areas
•Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
•Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures
(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
