Cozy Waterfront Condo - Pool & Hot Tub!

ALERT: From approximately 8/1/2025 - 8/1/2027 this building will be undergoing construction that may impact amenities and experience. From 3/1/2026 - 8/1/2026 the condo's balcony will be closed and from 9/1/2025 - 5/1/2026 our pool will be closed. We will have access to a neighboring pool during this time. Impacts may include pool, hot tub, dock, balcony, walkways and constructions noise. Dates are subject to change with no notice. The city of Indian Shores is mobilizing beach replenishment that is projected to impact our area September - October may be potential impacts to the beach such as temporary staging of equipment during this time.

There may be impacts to the pool, hot tub, balcony, parking and stairwells. There may be a possibility for heightened noise during daytime hours beginning at 8 AM.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians

Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 reserved space and 1 guest space first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's or commercial vehicles on the premise
