Located right on a Gulf-access waterway, this upscale 3BR/2BA house, known as Villa Aasta, is a 2,100 square foot lakefront paradise. Highlights include a game room, two luxe living areas, a fireplace, a firepit, and a fully screened lanai with unbeatable water views.

Swim in the heated pool, light the grill for a cookout, or watch a sports event in the outdoor living room. Embark on aquatic adventures across Cape Coral canals from the private dock. Or explore nearby options for shopping, entertainment, and waterfront dining.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the main living room, complete with a smart TV and aquatic-themed decor.

Play cards, board games, or mini-foosball in the game room, where a table has four built-in swinging seats. The gaming cocktail table has up to 60 classic arcade games for your enjoyment. A desk provides a convenient spot to check email.

Kick back in the family room while enjoying movies on the flat-screen TV. The fireplace adds a warm ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gleaming kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Select a beverage from the wine fridge and perch at the center island with bar seating for four. Serve meals at the four-person dining table.

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms, each with a smart TV.

The primary suite has a king bed, lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a doorless walk-in shower and dual vanity.

The highlight of this home is the outdoor living area, where lounge seating makes entertaining a breeze. Use the gas grill to host a cookout on the fully screened lanai; the dining table seats six. Watch the game on the flat-screen TV, or chat by the glow of the gas firepit.

Take a dip in the 6-feet deep heated pool while enjoying unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy eating breakfast or being out on the lanai or dock where you can see manatees, dolphins, stingrays, and other sea life.

The private dock is perfect for dining alfresco or starting your boating adventures -- navigate through neighboring waterways and make your way out to the Gulf of Mexico!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and two kayaks are provided.

Driveway parking is provided for two cars. Street parking is not permitted. The dock is available for boats up to 35’ for tie-up only (the boat lift is not for guest use). Boat trailers are not permitted in the driveway or on the lawn.

This single-story house is accessed via one step at the entry.

Only firelogs can be used in the fireplace.

Villa Aasta- nice home! Great views!

It was a nice home with Great Lake views, from both the pool and from every large sliding door! House had lots of room for our family, and was dog friendly for our dog to join us on this trip! The neighborhood seemed private, but still close to everything for quick trips!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family of 5 and dog were extremely comfortable in this home. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. The extra/unlisted amenities were nicely welcomed and very helpful. Our visit consisted of several trips to Sanibel and the greater Ft. Myers area for activities and visiting family. If you are a heavy beachgoer plan for 45 minute trips each way and tolls. Neighborhood was extremely quiet with minimal traffic. Great area for bike rides and walking. Many great restaurants and shopping in the Cape Coral area. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

Aasta is a great house in a great lace

We spent a month at Villa Aasta, This lake front villa was a treat, well equipped and spacious. There is always part of the pool area in shade and parts always in sun. The solar heating keeps the pool at an ideal temperature, and the garage contains lots of lots of toys. If you are a fisherman the saltwater lake has lots of fish including snapper snook, mullet, sting rays which can be seen and caught from the end of the dock. The location is ideal for quick visits to tarpon point marina with its four restaurants and tropical feel.

So many amenities!

Kitchen was perfectly stocked! From pots and pans, gadgets and small appliances to lots of Tupperware for storing food. Holy pool toys! They had so much to offer. Beach chairs to toys along with umbrellas and coolers. We were able to have both grand babies in the 2 strollers provided for an evening walk. Also loved having the kayaks to cruise around the channels. This home truly had everything! We did not need for anything here. This is a first for us to have so much!

Villa Aasta Cape Coral, FL

Property was ok, needs to have some tender care applied to it as some of the "amenities" are dated and do not work, or only partially work. Upon our arrival, 7/26/24, the home appeared to have not been used/rented for quite some time and was not clean, we assumed the cleaning crew thought it was good to go, unfortunately it was not. Communication with Vacasa was simply disappointing, as any correspondence attempt was simply "answered" by a "canned" message. We have rented from Vacasa in the past, and this will not deter us from using them in the future, I would suggest looking at other properties in the Cape Coral area, as your money may be better spent.

Great Home With A View

This home was as advertised, starting with the views of the lake that start at the front door. Wow! The check-in directions were good, and we had no problems accessing the home. The home was very clean when we arrived. The furnishings were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The master bath was huge. We liked the open shower and large walk-in closet. We really enjoyed the comfortable lanai and the heated pool. The kitchen was well-equipped for eating in, although we enjoyed many of the local restaurants. We had a great time exploring the lakes and the canals with the kayaks. The home is in a good location. We had reasonably close access to parks, restaurants, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel/Captiva. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Nice, comfortable, welcoming.

The home area is nice, pool is great, outdoor dock and water body is nice and relaxing space, didn't attempt to swim in the water body however, fish and crabs swimming around. The home offered several "home like" amenities, such as utensils, other than a couple rolls of toilet tissue (for two bathrooms, for 8 days) and paper towels, it lacked paper goods such as toilet tissue, napkins, sanitizing wipes, and paper towels. Again, very nice space, bedrooms were nice, kayaks were great, several beach amenities as well, about 30 min drive to Ft. Myers Beach. Lack of paper goods is really the only matter.

Overall a beautiful place

The property was amazing. The deck / water were perfect for fishing. The house was clean and well stocked with all essentials. The only issue I had was that the pool was not heated warm enough for my liking after paying the extra cost to heat it. They stated it was 86 but it was not. I did call but after 12 hours of no one showing up, I cancelled the call because the pool cleaner was coming the next day anyway. Also, the pool fountain runs most of the time and if very loud, I asked about being able to shut it off but did not get a response. Again, this was the only issue - everything else was great.

Great house for family

This is our 2nd year in the house. This year there were improvements to the cabinets. We had no issues with anything. House was extremely clean. Plenty of beach/pool toys. We bought a few additional things and left them there. People who stay here seem to take care of the items that are left because the umbrella we bought last year was still there and in tact. There were new dishes this year, the pots and pans get you by and the grill is new and very nice. I love the size of the bunk beds. Having the bathroom right off the pool is a great feature so no one has to trek water through the house to go to the bathroom. About a half hour drive to Ft. Myers beach and other beautiful beaches. Did get to see plenty of crabs and large fish off the dock. There were 2 sting days one day but didn't see them the rest of the trip. There were some burrowing owls that would visit the house each night. I can say the owners of this home care and try to make improvements when necessary. This stay was an improvement from last year and I will certainly book this house again as long as they keep it available.

RENTERS BEWARE

We had planned this vacation months in advance and we’re concerned after Hurricane Ian hit SW FL. I had inquired if the property had sustained any damage and was assured there was only minor damage and everything had been repaired and there were no issues. Upon check in late on a Sun evening, the minute we walked in, there was a very distinct odor that appeared to us to be mold. The temp in the home was 80 so we called and reported the smell and said we would cool the home down and see if it improved. No change on Mon and we requested to be moved. The property mgmt company could not find us a suitable replacement and in the end - I had to re book through another VRBO and we lost almost 2 full days of our vacation dealing with moving and then at least a dozen phone calls and escalations to get our money refunded. If you plan to stay at this location - demand to know if the property has been repaired and is mold free.

Very nice home

Overall this house was great. Our family had a wonderful time. Getting to the 'bigger' beaches took a little more time. FMB was just a half hour away and that was really nice. The home overall lacked a few amenities but we made due and bought extra items and left them. The listed had mentioned board games but we were not able to find them. The pool area was really nice. The whole family enjoyed the pool, it was a nice temperature since it was already heated the solar heater seemed to run at odd times but the pool was warm when we were in it so no complaints there. I do wish that there were some handing blinds or something in the master bedroom. There were only 4 panel curtains that went over the large sliding doors that went out to the pool. They left gaps and you could easily see inside the bedroom from the outside. I would recommend this home to others for sure. Its a rental so its going to have its flaws and everyone is different and things that werent up to my standards may not be a problem for others. There were some beach toys and we had left some down there. We had bought an umbrella and screw. We left those as well. Hopefully the next people got some great use out of them as we did.

Stayed here at least 5 times!

We have always loved this house as this was our 5th time coming, however the cushions outside are old and worn, the pool is starting to get mold on the pool cove, outside TV did not have the roku hooked up, kitchen and laundry cabinets were missing and lose plus counter has trim missing, TV in middle room had no access to any TV service, dock furniture should be replaced as it's dirty, worn and rusty, baseboards were dusty and lots of touch up paint needed. Over all we have always loved this house and have plans to come back but are in hopes that these items can be addressed. For the money we pay these things should be kept in good working order. The home is great but lacks upkeep and regular maintenance!

Beautiful Home and Pool in a Quiet Neighborhood

The property was amazing. It was hard to ever leave because everything my family needed was at the house. It is a beautiful property with plenty of room for my family. All rooms had smart tv's which was nice and the pool was amazing. We used the kayaks they had available and even weny fishing off the dock. Made some great memories at this place and will definately keep it in mind next time we are in the Cape Coral area.

3rd time staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time staying at the home! We love the location, heated pool and layout of home! Will definitely come back again, but hoping that the management company will put more skillets, tupperware in the home. But all in all we love this home! Great home for pets too! Our fur baby loved watching the manatee's every morning!

Quiet with good amenities

Good location, nice an quiet...good outside area and actually had beach stuff, bikes ect. This was definitely a plus since we've stayed at places that said they had beach equipment but you get there and its junk.

Little Slice of Heaven

This house is just as it is in the photos! Everything is comfortable, the views are beautiful, the pool area is wonderful! We loved our time here & definitely want to go back. There were a few little issues with the TV's & such, but management was responsive. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great Getaway

We had a great time and was very impressed with the property. The pool is great and my husband loved fishing in the canal. It close to the beaches and all of the restaurants near by are great! Fish Tails, Chicago Pizza and Ralph's Place was our go to restaurants. The house has an amazing master suite with a huge bathroom! We would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great,we loved having the pool and the view. The biggest downfall for us was travel to the beaches and things to do for the kids. We should have done better research on the area. If you are just going to get away and don't mind driving an hour or more to the beach the rental is a great place in a good neighborhood.

The rental was great,we loved having the pool and the view. The biggest downfall for us was travel to the beaches and things to do for the kids. We should have done better research on the area. If you are just going to get away and don`t mind driving an hour or more to the beach the rental is a great place in a good neighborhood. Great house!

Enjoyed our stay here! House had all the amenities you could need on a vacation. Even had top door locks on all the sliding doors, which is great when traveling with little kids! Makes it impossible for them to get to the pool area. Close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!!
