Sail to the Caloosahatchee River in just a few minutes from the private dock of this 3BR/2BA canal-front home! Inside, plush furnishings make it easy to relax, and large windows provide an abundance of natural light. Home chefs will appreciate the stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Gather on the screened patio to dip in the sparkling pool. Swaying palm trees and a waterside tiki bar on the dock complete the relaxing, tropical setting. When you're ready for a day of sand and surf, pay a visit to nearby Yacht Club Public Beach.

LIVING AREA

A large sectional offers plenty of comfy seating in the sunlit living area. A flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick allows you to stream your favorite shows.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious recipes in the kitchen, appointed with various helpful gadgets. The kitchen bar seats two, and the breakfast table seats four.

Share festive vacation meals around the table for six in the dining area when you're ready to eat.

BED & BATH

This one-story home features a primary suite with direct access to the back patio. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The heated pool invites swimming in any season. The screened pool deck also includes a covered patio and a plethora of comfy armchairs.

Gather on the dock to serve crisp drinks at the tiki bar or cast a fishing line in the water. Boaters will love being able to cruise a few short minutes to the Caloosahatchee River.

THE LOCATION

For a sun-kissed day on the sand, drive 6 miles to Yacht Club Public Beach. Even more fun in the sun awaits at Fort Meyers Beach, a 14-mile drive from home.

Travel 3 miles to downtown Cape Coral to dine at local restaurants. Enjoy a relaxing nature walk at Glover Bight Trail, 8 miles away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: The boat lift and boat is off limits to the guests.
Guests can tie up their boat to the dock. There are no cleats or bumpers provided and guests use of the dock is at the sole risk of the guest.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
