This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. You will rent 2 Private cabanas /Paradise & Sunshine/ with 2 private bathrooms,private heated pool and outdoor kitchen , newly renovated with new furniture, the nearest beach is Cape Coral beach, which is about 7 miles 15 minutes drive, Publix and Local restaurants are lest than a mile away, 5 minutes drive from a beautiful Cape Harbor and their restaurants, Gathers and Rum runners, and 7 minutes from downtown Cape Coral. You will have access to Free private parking on the driveway, WiFi, Grill, Coffee, lotions, body wash will be provided and a lot more etc.

Host was great, the only thing to add is an oven. Has a grill and a cook top and microwave but oven would be great and a TV out by the Kitchen or a radio. Otherwise was clean and beds were comfy.

Very light traffic, close to everything. No thermostat for A/C , television didn't work in our cabana , beautiful pool , no heat, no comfortable seating in cabana or pool area .

Sorry for your inconvenience, but you should of ask for extra chairs for sitting, and the pool heats no problem, but filter need it to be cleaned, you should of told me that, tv, I only have Netflix, im not advertising tv with channels.

Did not realize that the kitchen was outside by the pool area. No stove or oven. Your either in cabana /bedroom with bath or outside by poolNo living room area . Your kitchen is outside.

Place was clean not much amenities. Only mistake I made is this place said it sleeps 6, it’s doesn’t sleep 6 it only has two beds so max is 4 people if they wish to sleep together. Owner offered us an air mattress for 40 per person per night. No fair practice. No dish soap, no dish towels.

The Cabanas sleeps 4 peoples, but 2 extra bed could be add in if needed, thats why the add says up to 6 peoples, dish soap was in a dispenser next to the faucet.

Absolute Paradise

One of the best stays we've ever had. Beautiful, quiet location with total privacy. I emailed a couple questions to the owner throughout the week and received almost immediate responses. We will definitely be going back for another relaxing vacation.

Everything was well organized and clean at this property. We enjoyed having the pool close at hand! It might be nice to have the kitchen a bit better supplied with cutlery but it worked well for us for breakfast and lunch.

The property is very nice and clean. Was just a little confusing when we got there as to figure out where everything was - Maybe a printed sheet might help. we were probably just too excited to be there and didn't take the time. All in all we would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing and very relaxing. Had almost everything we needed and great quality. Only complaint I have is that there wasnt a washer and dryer,but it was awesome. Everything was so clean and more.. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be coming back

Beautiful place.

Facility is very good. A bit of instruction would have held. The owner lives on site. Parts of the property were under repair. Sheets and towels are lower quality. The pool was not heated. That would have helped a lot.

I had a roof being redone, but, no construction at all, while the guest was here, the pool is heated, and it was working fine, towels are new, just because you did not read the instructions of property properly, and believe something that I dont provide, in this case a living room, dont write lies about my place, you are not welcome here anymore!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay @ this property in Cape Coral, Fl. The property is very clean & comfortable. The photos in the listing are accurate, the property is beautiful & well maintained. The pool, lanai & soaking bathtub are excellent features. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, I felt very comfortable walking the neighborhood. Weekend get a way

Property was absolutely beautiful, only complaint I have is that the owner lives on the property. The rooms are connected to the back side of his home so it was a little strange especially if you’re looking to have a lot of privacy. Other than that it was beautiful and fairly priced.

Was all we needed

Very clean place! They had everything we needed plus extra things! Pool was warm. The place was close to everything. Would definitely stay there again. Only complaint we would have was the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom so had to go to the other bedroom to watch tv at night. Limited channels and on an antenna that had bad reception. But overall a nice stay.

Outdoor living at its finest

Upon arrival, we were met by Lori and Bobby at the house. Lori showed us around and went over the features. Everything except the bedrooms and bathrooms are open air, covered areas. The view is spectacular. We watched the monkeys play in the trees behind the house and noted many birds, coatis and an agouti. If you want the outdoor experience in Costa Rica, you can't miss with this property.

Cabanas

The units were clean and well equipped.There isn't a washer and dryer.The pool was well maintained and warm. The outdoor kitchen is just that, an outdoor kitchen, everything accept an oven, but not much counter space.There is not an outdoor TV, so we spent our evenings watching TV in bed. January is not a time to be there, it rained and was cold 7 of the 9 days we were there.

Well, there is no washer and dryer, and no oven for the Cabanas, as it was not advertised in my ad, please read truly the amenity section before you rent next time!

Not private, not whole house

Several issues. Most were resolved by a very responsive host. It is not private as the host lives on site and uses half the driveway for a work truck and visitors. The pool area is under camera surveillance 24 hours/day. The AC is controlled by host and is not separate from cabanas. One evening we heard the host having friends over and they were loud enough that we left the property. Our guests that had planned to stay with us were not comfortable with the camera and made other arrangements.

Im not advertising a whole property, only 2 Cabanas, which is described in my ad, tha Camera is a Dummy camera in the pool area, and it was covered, but i told you that, when you asked me, i have a feeling your original problem came from that you are a constant smoker, and I had to ask you several times not to do that in the property, of course it Didn't made you comfortable, but this is a violation of my house rules, which you brake several times, unfortunately....you should of read the description before you rent, you and hosts like you are not welcome in my place, and please dont make up 'not true' stories. Thank you.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und es ist wirklich ein privater Bereich nur für die Gäste. Alles wichtige ist da was man brauch. Was die Kamera angeht die wir in der einen Bewertung gelesen haben diese ist abgedeckt. Das beste Zimmer was wir je hatten.
