LIVING AREA
High ceilings highlight the inviting Great Room, detailed with a 64-inch TV.
The huge game room features a poker table, darts, an arcade system, board games, and ping-pong.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three or sip drinks at the breakfast table for four.
BED & BATH
Sleep soundly in the roomy primary suite, which sports a king bed, a covered balcony, and a 60-inch TV with a soundbar. The spa-like en-suite bath has a walk-in closet, double vanity, water closet, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub.
The second suite is appointed with a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and direct veranda access. The en-suite bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom features a full-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and direct veranda access. The guest bath includes a double vanity, a tub/shower combination, and direct veranda access.
A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
In addition to the primary suite’s balcony, you’ll find two more balconies located off the game room: one a covered Juliet balcony, and the other a large canal-view space with a hammock and a passthrough from the full bar.
Looking out over the water, the expansive veranda features alfresco dining space for the whole group as well as an outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, mini-fridge, and built-in gas grill. The canal-front pool includes a soothing waterfall spa (unheated), while the poolside pergola features seating around a gas firepit. (The pool is 6-feet deep and unheated.)
Situated on a wide canal that leads straight to Mobbly Bay, your private dock can accommodate a boat of up to 26-feet in length.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and an additional walk-in shower, as well as a two-person kayak and life jackets are provided.
Driveway parking is provided for three vehicles. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The fireplace is not operational.
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Situated on the end of a residential cul-de-sac, your coastal locale is within 15 minutes of Ben T Davis Beach as well as local golf courses like Rocky Point, Westchase, and Countryway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
