Welcome to this incredible, stunning & fully updated home located on a serene waterfront canal of Tampa Bay!

This property offers a variety of unique amenities, including spacious sleeping for 14 guests, a dock for fishing & relaxing, enjoy an amazing experience with your friends and family.

Fast WIFI, Samsung Smart TVs, a game room with an air hockey table, ping pong & pool table, and even a Pac Man machine will make your stay genuinely memorable & fun!

This home has been fully renovated to bring the best experience for all of our guests, including kitchen & bathrooms, flooring, windows, tiled patio, interior paint & more!

It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation or getaway of any sort.

Most importantly, this property is waterfront, located on a canal of Tampa Bay with direct access to deep water.

Imagine having a cup of coffee in the morning and watching dolphins, manatees, & Pelicans playing in the water from the back porch, private dock, patio, and the master bedroom water view.

Some of the additional highlights of the property are the following:

This listing is for an entire house, patio, backyard, and the dock on the canal.

*Please be advised that there is a daily dock fee of $50 for bringing a boat and utilizing the dock.

Amazing views!

Stayed here for the first time and we had a blast. The property was clean and in a safe area. The views were beautiful and we were greeted by manatees every morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property for Larger Groups

This place was perfect for our group of 12. It had enough space for everyone to be comfortable, yet the layout allowed everyone to have fun. The pool and spa were stunning, and being on the waterfront was a huge bonus.

The location was very nice

The location was very nice, and the views from the back porch were really beautiful. We got to see some wildlife including a gator floating by slowly. The game room was a big hit for the kids too!

Location was great

The home was exactly what our large family needed. The home was very comfy, clean it had everything and location was great! Shopping, airport and restaurant are all close by. Everything was there to make this a pleasant and memorable stay. Mark and the Emperor team have been fantastic throughout the entire stay! We will definitely book again when in the Tampa area.

Excellent choice.

We had an awesome time. Highly recommend this house. We can’t wait to return. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Fishing right off the pier was great. Excellent choice.

Great

It was a great and pleasure staying at Mark's. The team strives to provide epic experience to us and handle communication professionally. I highly recommend staying at Mark's if going to visit Tampa, clearwater, and other attractions. Definitely, I will stay again at Mark's again if coming back to town.

Highly recommend!

My family had a great time at this amazing house. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the communication was great. The kids had a blast in the kayaks and even got to pet sone manatees that were in the canal on the last day, that was the highlight on their trip. When the pool is complete this is going to be even better…highly recommend!

Fantastic Home

The stay was amazing! Exceptional communication from Emperor Rentals WOW! The home was spic & span clean! All amenities included with many we weren’t expecting. Off the boat dock we saw dolphins, manatees and other great wildlife. Pool and spa were so such a great addition. We would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars from start to finish.

The canal is lovely

Fun clean rental with great communication with the management company. My family of 11 from CT stayed two nights and had a great time. The rental, including the kitchen, is well equipped with all the essentials. The canal is lovely, and this place will be awesome with the pool and the hot tub. We will rent again when we come back to the area.

Amazing Stay

We only stayed for a few days but in the few days we saw many Manatee. A mom and baby too! The house was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and spices! The master bed was so comfortable! They left washing machine pods for us❤️. Lots of games, lots of towels! Huge TVs that we loved! House cooled nicely. The host was always getting back to us quickly or asking what else we needed. Beautiful property! Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors.
