This condo at Emerald Waters Beachside features a completely renovated interior, dual suites, and a private patio. The sparkling coastline is mere steps away when you are not at the seasonally heated pool. This coastal getaway offers seamless walkability to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Alvin’s Island Store is just half a block away! Head to Harborwalk Village or the Village of Baytowne Wharf for seasonal events. Rent a boat or schedule a fishing charter for a fantastic day on the Gulf. Golfers will appreciate having more than 10 world-class golf courses within proximity. If pampering is your style, book a massage at a nearby spa.

The lovely living area is appointed with plush seating and a TV. Whip up delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. There is also a shared charcoal grill, ideal for afternoon cookouts.

A sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping option, and the bedrooms both have a TV and an en suite bathroom.

Added perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Starting September 2025, the entire complex will be repainted, walkways and balcony floors will be re-coated, and windows on the south and east sides of the building will be re-sealed and re-caulked. During this time, some walkway access may be temporarily restricted for a few days while sections are being worked on. Work will be done in phases to minimize disruption. We are currently waiting on more details from the HOA regarding the schedule and which walkways will be affected. We will contact guests with any updates that may impact access to their unit.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
