Dragonfly is a brand new construction custom home that is professionally decorated with high end finishes that is not common in Gulf Shores. It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the heated pool, bikes, fire pit, arcade games, corn hole, chef's kitchen, 4 king bedrooms, full coffee bar and did I mention you will be 50 steps from the beach.

If you're sick and tired of old run down beach houses then Dragonfly will blow you away.

Our Family Stay at Beautiful Dragonfly

My family has stayed at many VRBO rentals in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, but this is the first time our rental was exactly as described. The house was perfect, immaculate, and full of guest details. Bill truly thought of everything.....a well stocked coffee bar, beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas, and even starter washer pods, detergent, and enough tp and paper towels for the week!And to top it off, the house is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. Thank Bill for a truly wonderful week.

Family vacation

This is a very beautiful, clean, and spacious home. The owner has thought of everything. The pool was very nice. The owner provided many extra necessities. There was even a milkshake machine, which my kids really enjoyed. I highly recommend this property. If we ever come back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and awesome amenities

The house is wonderful and well stocked. The owners go above and beyond with the extras provided and everything was in good working order. Our family really enjoyed our time there and would book again.

Thanksgiving

The home was exactly as listed. However the owner went above and beyond in all the special amenities. Bath and kitchen were stocked. Easy access to the beach is a big plus. We were a family of 16 with adults and children loving the home making our time together very special. We hope to return one day!

Wonderful Property

This house must be new! Wonderfully decorated, so comfortable and right across from the Gulf of Mexico. The property has everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Check in was easy and the host kept in touch to ensure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for family!

We really enjoyed our stay here, spent Thanksgiving and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a great meal. We had the heated pool for all but 1.5 days, but the owner was quick to send someone out to fix it. Would absolutely come back! Beautiful house!

Amazing Property

We stayed at Dragonfly in October with four adults and six teenagers and it was a perfect set up. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities and then some. The beds, pillows and linens were all comfortable and plenty were available. All the beach supplies offered for use only added to a perfect long weekend in Gulf Shores. Would highly recommend staying at Dragonfly, Bill was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful property and great views

We had a great time! The weather was too cold to get in the sea but the heated pool came to our rescue. It's a beautiful property with amazing views from the decks. We were 3 families traveling together and had ample space for everyone to spread around the two levels. Would love to be back during the warmer months.

Wonderful house and stay

We loved our stay at this house. Highly recommend it and would love to stay here again. There were 14 of us - 8 adults and 6 kids. It was perfect. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, beautiful, large kitchen, large bedrooms, beach stuff, bikes were great…stay here! Bill was very responsive and even had a hand mixer delivered to the house as we needed it to make a recipe for our Fourth of July celebration. Staying here is a must!

The Dragonfly

We were very impressed by this house. It was very clean and organized. Everything was accessible and there were some surprises that we were not expecting. The host answered all our questions quickly. And addressed any hiccups. We will definitely be looking up The Dragonfly for future trips!! It’s a perfect place!!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!

Stay HERE unless you are allergic to comfort and luxury. Bill and Brea have built an amazing new beach house that is fully loaded with literally everything you can imagine. The house looks like it is straight out of the last two minutes of an HGTV show and the location is perfect. The kids loved the heated pool, large connect four, bikes and of course corn hole. We will be back for sure as this is the nicest and cleanest beach house we’ve stayed in on the Gulf.

Absolutely Amazing Beach Home!

We loved Dragonfly and the owner Bill was great to work with. Checked in with us frequently and accommodated all our needs immediately. The home was clean, well decorated, and perfect for our family. The home was centrally located to all the fun areas in Gulf Shores and a few steps from the beach access. Bill had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The attention to detail was perfect. We loved the fully stocked coffee bar and all the little amenities included. The backyard pool and covered patio was great. Our family loved the dragonfly and will definitely be back next summer!

Pool completely covered with algae when we arrived, but light green. When we left it looked like a dark green fish pond. House was very nice and well equipped, just disappointed with pool.

5-star beach house fro creating memories!

This place was truly made for creating family memories! It will be our new beach house to come back to every year to reset and reconnect. We had the BEST stay at this perfect place right across from the beach! I loved waking up early and sitting out on the balcony drinking my coffee and listening to the waves before everyone got up. And the coffee bar was amazing- who needs Starbucks when you stay here! You don't need to worry about anything when you stay here. From the moment you walk in...it just felt so thoughtful, new, and like a 5-star resort! Comfy beds, very clean, awesome decor, literally everything we needed to include washer & dryer, detergents, paper products, beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more! It was perfect for our family having teenagers because they could go to the beach, come right back over for snacks & family time, and my husband and I could sit on the amazing patio and talk, have happy hour at sunset, etc. and everyone was so content. The property is centrally located and so convenient. Bill and Brea are obviously a warm and friendly couple who truly care abut their guests! I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed....We are already planning our summer trip back before it gets booked!
