This gorgeous condo sells out quickly! Beautifully furnished and completely charming! Relax and enjoy the views from either of your own two private balconies or head over to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash. Into sports? The condo offers guests access to a community tennis court. This retreat also comes equipped with a full kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, large TVs, and high-speed WiFi!

Things to Know
There are 10 - 12 steps leading to the front door and no elevator access.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo

We have 9 children and this condo was perfect for us! It was the most kid friendly condo we have ever stayed in. And it had an absolutely beautiful view!

Perfect home at the beach

Our family group of eight had a delightful time at Amelia Island and this condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, very comfortable with gorgeous beach views from every level from the balconies. It had a well equipped kitchen and the four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the laundry too! It was in a great complex with pool, mini golf, walkways and coffee house/restaurant. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect location, quiet and peaceful, right by the Omni

Bonus is the walking trails around the Omni. I’ve stayed in a few different locations on Amelia Island now and this is by far the best, most peaceful and beautiful spot. The two King beds were a plus. This is an end unit so you have views off the side too. Multiple balconies.

Great for a quick getaway

We had a blast. If we stayed longer I would have been frustrated with the beds (not comfortable) and lack of kitchen utensils (no cookie sheets). We were also far from the restaurants and downtown. But all that, the balconies and proximity to the beach were ideal. We enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful views, uncomfortable beds

The views are beautiful and easy access to the beach. The correspondence with rental company is awesome, they check on you every day so if there are issues that need to be corrected that day, just a quick reply. The beds were uncomfortable. Many of the previous reviews mention possible issues that could affect your stay.

Moderately clean and needs bugs exterminated

At first we were very impressed. We travel often and are used to some homes being cleaner than others. This place was not dirty but it was not super clean either. The view and accommodations were great. Customer service, until I mentioned the roaches. We were there for a total of 3 nights. On night two I woke up and turned on the kitchen light and there were 6-8 roaches that were about 1.5 inches long. Previously that evening I had to clean the kitchen and remove everything from the counters because of ants. We only had one more night in the home and with my wife, mother in law, daughter and grandkids there was no way to notify the landlord and have them treated and stay in the property due to the chemicals and smells. I decided not to tell my family about the bugs for fear of them wanting to leave and get a hotel so I said nothing. While packing up I made it clear to the cleaners that there was a bug issue... Upon getting the first request for a review I politely wrote back and explained the situation. I did not ask for a refund but I did say it would be nice to receive some sort of credit. To which I got a reply similar to "if you didn't report them at the time they must not have been that bad"... I then replied sharing my reasoning for not being able to disclose and have them treated due to health concerns for the grandkids and mother in law. If the owner would have been at a minimum apologetic I would probably not leave the review. Nice View Huge Roaches

Great Views!!!

The views were great! The condo was perfect for our 2 families with 6 kids total. TVs could be upgraded but that’s not why we are there and ceiling fans in the bed rooms would be a nice touch. Overall, it was great for our vacation.
