The Space:

Newly remodeled and decorated to provide our guests the best Beachside Agency experience! **Free WIFI throughout the home**



Front Porch & Office:

Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig and catch the news from the desk or lounge on the sofa in the office. Find an adventure to read on the book shelf and get lost. The front porch is a lovely spot to have a cup of joe in the morning or catch the sunset in the evening.



Kitchen:

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to host a wonderful dining experience. All the essentials: martini & wine glasses, plates/bowls/cups/silverware/cooking & serving utensils. Pots, pans & bakeware, blender, toaster & more. There are several dining options: bar top with 3 chairs, dining table (seats 5) or the outside patio (seats 6).



Bedrooms:

Stay a while, get some rest and sleep in comfort in our coziest beds. All our homes have additional sheets, blankets & pillows available. The queen guest bedroom and master suite have smart t.v's and the ability to login to your own accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Hulu & more.



Living Room:

Get comfortable, kick up your feet on the couch or leather sitting chairs and watch a movie on the flat screen smart tv. The living room opens up to the pool deck where Florida sunshine is just a step outside.



Screened in Heated Pool:

Now to our main feature; the heated pool! Plenty of deck space and seating areas. Lounge around on our four chaise loungers and catch some rays. We even provide the towels! There is a BBQ grill (guests maintain propane) and dining table with umbrella.



Take a stroll to the beach, it really is only a few minutes away! We provide the beach chairs, towels & umbrella, just don't forget your sun block!



GENERAL: All standard amenities are offered, to make your stay as relaxed and care-free as possible. Free WIFI, linens/towels available, step-free access, air conditioning, hairdryer, keyless entry, first aid kit.
