A new build home, beautifully designed and decorated in Nov 2022, everything has been provided for a luxury vacation or staycation experience. There is space for everyone to kick back, enjoy and relax- inside and out. A short drive to downtown Naples, stunning beaches, restaurants & much more.

We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this beautiful vacation pool home. Imagine waking up in the king size bed in the master bedroom with the sunshine filtering through the drapes. Head outside and dip your toes, or jump straight in to the heated, pool, for a refreshing wake up! Make yourself a coffee at the fully equipped coffee station in the kitchen, and relax on the pool deck, whilst contemplating what the new day has to offer. A leisurely day by the pool? An afternoon nap? A beach day, perhaps, or exploring Naples. And if your schedule includes work time, set up on the patio - it is definitely going to beat the office! And if you need more privacy, there is a dedicated desk space in the primary bedroom.

Only minutes walk from Mercato, where you will find shopping, restaurants, bars, Wholefoods and a cinema, and a couple of minutes by car, or bike, to the stunning white sands of Vanderbilt Beach.

The home was built in 2022 and is unusual in having 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. It has brand new furnishings throughout and has been decorated with care and great attention to detail. There is a calm, comfortable, luxurious and contemporary, feel throughout. Everywhere is light and bright, with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors which completely open up to the patio area and pool deck, providing Florida indoor/outdoor living at its best.

The outdoor area at this home, is truly a private, oasis. The covered patio has ceiling fans, comfy seating, a 60” TV, and wall mounted fireplace, is the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. The outdoor dining area seats 8 – imagine a late breakfast or early evening cocktails! And for the outdoor chefs amongst you, there is an outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill to cook up some steaks, or fresh Florida seafood.

The pool is heated and has a spa to relax in, even when the weather is cooler. There are sun chaise for the sun worshippers amongst you.

The spacious open concept living area is the hub of the home - with a view of the pool deck, comfortable and sociable seating, and a 75” TV with all the popular streaming apps (don’t forget your login details!). YouTube TV provides most of the popular cable channels.

There is a breakfast dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and a coffee station, where coffee lovers will find everything you`ll need. There is a choice of a dual Keurig and filter coffee machine, a French Press and coffee bean grinder, as well as starter amounts of Keurig pods, ground coffee, and sugar.

The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days and you will find all major appliances, as well as many high end small ones, including a 4 slice toaster, and a Ninja blender for those healthy morning smoothies.

Great care has been taken to ensure a beautiful night’s sleep in this home! All mattresses are brand new and the bedding is excellent quality cotton, with soft comforters to snuggle into.
The primary suite has a king-sized bed, desk space (for any (un)necessary work, and plenty of storage, with a larger dresser and walk-in closet. The large sliding doors give direct pool deck access and the private en-suite bathroom, has a walk-in shower, double vanity, a hairdryer, and a make-up mirror. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience and all towels are provided.

There are 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom has a private entrance from the bedroom, as well as a hallway entrance. All bedrooms have closets and dressers, with ample storage space, and Smart TVs.

And for the even tinier guests, there is a pack ‘n play (including a mattress and sheets), and a highchair.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies for your use.

In the garage, you will find 4 adult bikes and 2 kids scooters (with helmets) for your use, a bike pump and an electric pool inflatable pump. And for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, cooler, and beach/pool towels.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

We are located in the north part of the quiet, residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach.
We are approximately 1.3 miles from the main Vanderbilt Beach access (less than 7 minutes by bike), and 2 miles to the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 10 minute bike ride).

We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few.

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. We have 4 adult bikes and 2 kids scooters - which you are welcome to use - we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them.

If you’re driving, there’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider some small furry friends (35lbs and under), but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
We may ask for your help with keeping the pool water level filled (particularly in the dry winter months), as this will keep the pool heat and pump running smoothly. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
