Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! La maison a été récemment rénovée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, très propre et confortable et à distance de marche de la plage de Vanderbilt.
Vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la piscine chauffée avec grill au bord de la piscine. Chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain privée et dressing. Deuxième chambre avec lit queen et placard, troisième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. La cuisine a de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un nouveau robinet et 4 chaises hors du comptoir de la cuisine. Écran véranda fermée, comprend également une table extérieure et des sièges pour 8 personnes, l'arrière-cour est clôturée. Comprend un garage 1 voiture. Internet et WIFI disponibles. Chaque chambre a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat installée. Détendez-vous devant la télévision dans le nouveau canapé sectionnel du salon. Inclus pour votre confort: draps, serviettes, 3 vélos, barbecue, 5 chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, ballons de jeu, 2 glacières / glacières, appareils flottants.

Nice vacation home

Great vacation rental! Very, very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, the house nicely decorated and the pool area was great! Would not hesitate to rent this place again. Very happy with our stay.

Thr house is exactly as it is pictured. Beautiful, comfortable, great quiet location, great pool, beautiful kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Eduardo was a pleasure to communicate with. Truly felt a home it was our away from home.

I try to make each stay of every guest as pleasant as possible and worry free, just relax and enjoy your vacation. I feel the amount of time we spend in preparing the house for the next guest and going over every detail is well worth it and satisfying when i see positive feedback. Lovely home, exactly as it appears in the photos. Well stocked with every beach, pool, and kitchen accessory imaginable. The pool was the perfect temperature. Convenient location near stores, restaurants and beaches. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Relaxing place

This is a cozy, beautiful place close to the beach. Great local restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. The place was perfect, pool and patio were enjoyable and where we spent most of our time. The air conditioner works great home was nice and cool. The house had all the comforts of home. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. The safe feeling and quiet neighborhood was also a great perk! Great place to stay.

Exploring the beach

We are interested in the area and wanted a place close to the beach…this property was perfect for our family and we loved the proximity to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato. Would highly recommend this property for those that need three bedrooms.

Amazing get away !

5 day get away was amazing ..house was immaculate..filly stocked with anything you need ..we had 2 12 yr old also ..location was amazing by all the beaches. The host was always attentive and ready to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay again in the future. Ty again for a wonderful vacation!

Great experience!

The house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It perfectly fit 6 adults. We loved using the pool area and rode the bikes to the beach! Great location. :)

We LOVED this house and location! Close to Vanderbilt Beach! My kids loved the pool the most at this house. The house is very clean and beautiful! We would def recommend and stay here again. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll be back one day!

The house, the pool, the location was all just absolutely amazing. The house is just as gorgeous and spotless as pictured. In addition to being practical and comfortable, you can tell the owners really take pride in the home with the gorgeous decor and small details throughout the house. The pool was incredible - our kids never wanted to leave. The kitchen was well stocked for everything you’d need to cook and clean up. The bathrooms had soap, TONS of towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfy, and the garage had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location is also amazing - 5 minutes from the beach and tons of grocery stores and restaurants. Our kids (5 and 7) have already requested we go back to the same house next time we visit. It’s a true gem, thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!

Fantastic Time

The home was lovely! Very spacious, inviting, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the BBQ grill with patio seating. Everything you need is within a 10 mile radius! Whole Foods, Publix, Naples Zoo, the Beach. We really enjoyed our mini vacation there!

We absolutely loved our stay here — it was even better than we expected!The house has everything you could possibly need: kitchen stuff, beach gear, pool toys — even a life vest for kids! As a mom, I really appreciated those thoughtful touches.Everything is super clean, the furniture and renovations are all new, and it just feels really cozy and welcoming.The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, which was perfect for us.We’re definitely coming back next year!
