Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay. The house was immaculately clean and had everything our family needed for a fantastic stay in Naples. The property location was great - very centralized to shops restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was even better than we imagined. The rooms and spaces were all generous sizes and everything seemed new or near it. The home was in pristine condition. The outdoor patio had an attractive set up with table and chairs, chaises and a built in grill. The pool and hot tub were a nice focal point and in great shape. Only stayed three nights but wish we had longer time to enjoy.

Perfect long weekend!

Had an incredibly relaxing long weekend at this property. The house is amazing. Every bedroom is nice and has its own en-suite bathroom. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Short bike ride to the beach as well. Restaurants and shopping are only 2 minutes away. Owner was also very accommodating as well. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Immaculate property

Pictures were spot on. Communication was the best if any Vrbo properties recently - very attentive (propane tank was empty and mgr had 2 dropped off later same day). It was very well stocked - pods, soaps, towels, etc. we loved it. Great location to beach and shopping.

We stayed the week with us and 4 adult kids and 1 baby. The house was perfect for us at just the right size, clean, well equipped. Each BR has a Nice bath. Bikes came in handy. Pool and outdoor kitchen was great. Enjoyed the stay

Wonderful Getaway

The house is located in a great neighborhood with lots of shopping and beaches close by. The house was clean and had everything you would need for a day at the beach, bbq by the pool or making a family meal in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with lots of space. We stayed 5 days while in town for US Open Pickleball tournament. Plenty of room for all six of us. Pool and hot tub was wonderful! Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience

The house was very clean and attractive. We spent lots of time by the beautiful pool. The property manager was very responsive with any questions or needs we had. Easy to walk to the beach and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. All around great 4 week stay!

Week In Naples

This 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family trip. The home was very clean and had all of the necessary accommodations to make our stay enjoyable. The bikes were an extra bonus as well, as we enjoyed riding to the beach and to other near by locations. The home is less then a mile away from Mercato which has several restaurants, bars and shops.

Great home close to everything

We rented his property for a family wedding in Naples and this house made other family members jealous of how beautiful and comfortable we were living for a few days. We had the best house in the group not even including all the wonderful amenities we had over everyone else. I strongly recommend this rental property and will be staying here again when i come back to visit.

Excellent home

Loved the open concept. We had 3 couples. Used the pool and hot tub everyday. Owner quickly responded to a couple of small issues. Would definitely use again.

The perfect House!

The perfect house! 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All the toiletries were so thoughtful and nice. Not many VRBO rentals that give you such wonderful and plentiful supplies. Less that a mile from a perfect beach with all the supplies needed. They have bikes, chairs, umbrellas and even noodles. The pool was nice to have when we came back from the beach. We used the outdoor kitchen every night to BBQ great dinners that we enjoyed outside. Communication with the owner was first notch. We had one issue with the pool and they had it fixed immediately and on a holiday. All I can say is I would rent this house again in a minute. I highly recommend renting this perfect house.

Amazing Property

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home! It is well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood and is well cared for. The home is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, and very close to the Mercato (5 minute bike ride) and other shopping areas. The kitchen is perfect for those that want to cook at home (we mostly did) and the outdoor kitchen makes for easy BBQ’ing. The pool and lawn were both maintained while we were there…it’s certainly a home that’s well looked after! After hours contact for service issues was seamless. We had an AC issue one night, and service was completed promptly the following day. Joseph and team are very easy to connect with for questions or issues of concern. Our kids (13 and 10) loved playing in the pool day/night. All around, a great property! The property included use of 4 (adult size) bikes, which is awesome. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to include a children’s bike or two. We ended up renting a smaller children’s bike for our daughter at Naples Cyclery for $75 for the week. We’d highly recommend and we will be back :)

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything is as it looked in the pictures. We did not find a blender and so we called to find out where it was and they went out of their way to buy us a blender and have it delivered to the house this place is so good. I would definitely rent again
