This was a nice property to stay at. Only complaint is that they could use a driveway light. Very dark at night in the driveway area. Besides that I would definitely stay again!
We loved everything about the Dahlia house! It is super stylish, bright, and decorated perfectly. The yard was great for our two small dogs and the neighborhood was safe and walkable and is close to the river trail. Our hosts were so responsive and accommodating. When we return to visit family in the future we will definitely book again. Don't hesitate to book!
There are no hotels in Carnation and this house provided the perfect (and much better) location to vist my daughter's family. The hosts made us feel welcome and seemed to anticipate our every need. The yard was large and private; games and books were available for all ages; and the neighborhood was quiet and surrounded by beautiful territorial views.
We found the Dahlia House when looking for a pet friendly VRBO on our first trip to Remlinger Farms. By far, this has been one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in to date. A huge fenced in yard that the dog absolutely loved! The inside so spacious and comfortable, it was hard to leave to go outside instead of snuggling on the couch in the living room watching movies. We had everything we needed and the town center was a quick 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk, depending on weather, with great eateries and a market. We cannot wait to return to the Dahlia House!
Booked this cute cottage to house our family while yhe adults attended an adultnonly wedding at the falls. Absolutley perfect!! Communication was quick and efficient. We will definitely book here again.
Even the teenages loved the loft and enjoyed themselves!!
Our family LOVED the Dahlia House. The location was perfect for us to do our annual WA summer trip which we use to reconnect with friends and family in the Duvall, Redmond, Monroe and Woodinville areas. The house is small but mighty - every ounce of space has been maximized. The backyard is giant and perfect for our three energetic boys and our family dog. We will be booking again!!!
This property exceeded our expectations! It has a beautiful flower garden and next to a street lined sunflower you pick garden on a quiet dead end street. The home was beautifully furnished and the host had games, coffee, candy, utensils for toddlers and pets. The host told us to help ourselves to bouquets of flowers for a party we were setting up for. It was an incredible stay! Probably the best VRBO that I have ever stayed in. I would love to return some day.
This house was perfect! 4 Girl Scout staff attended 3 days of training at Camp River Ranch / 7 min drive from the house. Everyone loved the adorable, dog friendly decor! So much provided - full coffee service - loads of towels. Loved the town and enjoyed all the restaurants. 2 nights at the Carnation Cafe was amazing. Starbucks on the way to camp each morning. What a find! Would be perfect for a pumpkin patch visit in the fall with the grandkids.
What a charming home, a gem in the Snoqualmie valley. Everything was clean and the property is really well taken care of. Love the big fenced back yard for the pup to play fetch. It was a such a treat to be able to bring her along and enjoy our Family weekend get away together. Lots of towels, bedding and games! Kids loved having their own space in the loft. There were cookies and even a biscuit for the pup, and a welcoming little card from the family. (Thank you for the lovely drawing Quin!) The place is very thoughtfully put together.
Three of us were on a multi-day bicycle adventure and the Dahlia House was our first nights stay. As we rode up we were welcomed by dahlias on our right and a field of sunflowers on our right. We didnât bother going into the house, just sat in the huge back yard and enjoyed the view (and a beer or two that friends had brought).
Once we finally made it inside we realized the house was much larger than the pictures made it seem. Two good sized bedrooms, laundry and a large open plan living area with a day bed so at night we didnât have to âenjoyâ each otherâs snoring.
In reality we were outside more than inside but everywhere it was well maintained and spotless.
In the morning there was coffee along with the cookies the host had left. Our bikes were safe in the tiled entry way and our saddles were dry to start the day.
The Dahlia House delivers way more than is advertised. Stay there and enjoy! The only thing I canât comment on is parking for cars. Didnât need it.
PS: why only 4 stars for accuracy of the listing? I donât think the pictures do the property justice. It is way better!
We really enjoyed our stay at this little house! Our grandson thought the loft room was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the games/toy closet, treats for dogs-and humans! Was a great stay before the âSanta Train!â
We really enjoyed our stay at the Dahlia House. We were getting married in Snoqualmie and needed a place to stay with our two kids and dog. This home had all of the space we needed to prep food and get ourselves ready for the big day. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had.
We just needed hosting for one night, but we hope to stay at the Dahlia House again in the future. Perfectly decorated home, super cozy with amazing views. Carla was so kind and accommodating. Please stay here! You will have a truly lovely time. :)
We loved your darling farm house up in Carnation on our recent trip to Seattle. So close to Snoqualmie and blueberry picking. Loved the beautiful dahlias in bloom! Wish we had a few more days to relax in the beautiful area.
