Perfect!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way! Mike and Mitra were excellent and considerate hosts. My daughter and I were awe-struck by the place. The views and walks along the lake were beyond compare. We will be back!

Beautiful retreat on Lake and Van for the amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful lake house. Amazing views of Lake Sammamish. The home was clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing and had a very well equipped kitchen. You would never know the owners were downstairs, yet when we had a question, we received an immediate reply! We will be back to stay when we return to visit family.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the lake and great seating on the deck. House is a cooks dream with pots pans and baking dishes. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to any need we might have.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. After a great experience last year, we chose to return this summer. We were pleased to see that the property has had some updates, adding even more value and convenience for guests. Both hosts, Mike and Mitra, are incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed hiking the nearby trail and taking in the beautiful lake views.

Wonderful Time Away

Mike and Mitra were great hosts with their wonderful property in a perfect location. We rode the bike trails daily with our daughter with special needs and enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the lake.

Absolutely Gorgeous View!!

We spent 5 days at this gorgeous home and absolutely loved it. The pictures on VRBO are gorgeous, but we thought the property was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. This is the place to stay when visiting the area. We will definitely stay here again, and cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Wonderful retreat

We spent four weeks at this lovely house with a beautiful view of Lake Sammamish. The house is perfect and contains everything you might need to a short or long stay. The owners are very sweet people and quick to answer any question or remedy any problem. Highly recommend this house.

Great place with beautiful views of the lake. All the amenities you need and a beautiful kitchen to prepare meals. The beds are super comfortable and the Owners are great . Check on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back.

Enjoy the view outside from the comforts of inside

Our family of four (two children, ages 7 and 4) were very pleased with our brief stay at this home. It is very well-appointed; from kitchen utensils to extra pillows one needs not worry about missing any comforts of home. It is very clean, in wonderful condition, and the views of the lake and the home's over-all location did not disappoint. We will very much look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful scenery and home

Easy access into Seattle and all the amenities needed to enjoy a holiday away from home. Gorgeous view of Lake Sammamish. Welcoming owners and excellent walking trails. Comfortable and artistic with privacy. Easy to get to grocery stores and everyday needs. We will stay again!

Lovely lake property

Stayed at this rental property for five days while having our own hardwood floors refinished. The home is located on a quiet residential street, is spotlessly clean, and wonderfully appointed, with wonderful views of Lake Sammamish and a stones throw from the Sammamish trail.

Big Bend and Beyond

We had a great time visiting with our son and his partner. Mike and Mitras property was perfect for what we needed. An incredible western exposure over the lake provided us some beautiful sunsets after our days adventuring. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking fun. Beds were perfect, We will rent this property again in the future.

Perfect place to decompress

My friends and I reunited from 4 states for the first time in 3 years. The house was clean, relaxing and well-equipped for us to enjoy meals together and catch up in a cozy environment. As athletes, we all enjoyed daily runs and bike rides right on the trail. The host was a great communicator and we loved this property!

Spacious & Beautiful Views!

This is a gorgeous property with room to spread out, a glorious kitchen and incredible views! So peaceful. Having the garage was a nice touch. I could stay another week just to read the books on the shelves!! The hosts are awesome and the entire experience was 5 stars! We hope to visit again! Absolutely perfect stay in a lovely home!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The view of the lake was stunning. It was quiet and tranquil in the home and the surrounding area. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The shower was lovely, with plenty of pressure and hot water! Mike was an excellent host. Everything was smooth, and the home is close to amenities and Bellevue shopping, which during rainy March is important. We truly loved our stay and will be back again! Thank you, Mike and Mitra!

Beautiful home, wonderful view, welcoming owners

This lovely home provided everything we needed to enjoy 4 comfortable days and nights while we were in the area for a wedding celebration: central location, extremely accommodating landlords, and a relaxing deck on which to enjoy lakeside living. The house is tastefully appointed - Mitra's original artwork is unique and beautiful. The large screen TV was perfect for watching the Opening Ceremonies and other Summer Olympics activities. We highly recommend this VRBO and would love to return again. Thank you, Mitra and Mike, for sharing your home and making our stay such a pleasant one!

Great location, amazing view, fantastic hosts

We stayed with Mitra and Mike for a family memorial. The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The view and area simply can not be beat. If you are going to and front Bellevue it is very easy to get there and back. There are miles of bike and walking trails around the lake. Costco and Fred Meyer are close by. One thing to note, that I had NOT paid attention to, is that this is the main floor of the home that Mitra and Mike live in. They do not share the space with those who stay, but you can hear people down below. It's not a big deal, but because I had not noticed this in the description it was somewhat of a surprise. That being said, them being close was super helpful when we had requests. We WILL be back!! I can't wait to be there in the summertime!

Resort like living!!

It is difficult to put into words the high you get from walking from one end of the house to the other and maintain a full water view from each room! (Unless you love water like we do!) Each area is a living area in itself: the kitchen and 'great room' w/gas fireplace and big French doors that open in to include the outdoors in that space. The living room with large screen TV, and master bedroom that each have French doors that increase your feeling of added outdoor living space, and fresh air. The Master bath is beautiful, bright and spacious with lots of drawer space. Having a great laundry setup was wonderful as we did have some laundry. Everything is top quality made- the furniture, appliances, lighting, shower etc. We were visiting our son and his wife and 6mo. old baby who lived in Redmond. It was a bit of a drive, but easy. Thank you Mitra and Mike for your super communications and allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
