Pigeon Forge Cottage Rental- Alluring River Unit 553-is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and ½ bath riverside cottage located about 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge, and just 5 miles from Dollywood. This beautiful cottage, located In River Pointe which offers the Little Pigeon River, features all the all the amenities you want, a great location and the beautiful river walking distance. Alluring River, River Pointe 553 features a fully equipped Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a couch and love seat with gas fireplace and 55-inch flat screen, and a couch that pulls out to a sleeper sofa. The dining area offers an aspen table with bench seating and there is a bar for additional seating. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level with King Size beds in each with 65-inch flat screen televisions. One of the bathrooms on the main level offers a walk-in shower with a whirlpool tub. The other Bathroom on the main level offers a walk-in shower. Upstairs offers 2 sleeping areas with queen size bed in each area. There is a bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower. Downstairs area offers entertainment for everyone. There is a ping Pong table, pool table, air hockey table and 2 multi-cade arcade system. There is also a 70-inch flat screen television to enjoy. Great location just 1 mile from all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great roads easy access 2 car parking. Alluring river is a great cottage for a family getaway. We had a good last minute weekend at this house. It was close to the main road in pigeon forge. The house was spacious and had a fun game room and hot tub. It is in an HOA neighborhood and I was nervous a bit when I found that out, but it was fine. There were small things like with every house, blinds torn, remote in master needs replaced. But overall we loved this house and location. Would definitely stay again!

This was perfect for our trip! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we had to go down to the basement and drag them upstairs for dinner every night. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in town but the neighborhood was very quiet so you got the best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Upon arrival my wife notice that the master bedroom had a spring odor. She then saw that dishes that were supposed to be put away clean were not. The dishwasher turned out to be clogged. The shower drains and the kitchen sink had a lot of dark build up on them. The hot tube had a sulfur odor to it. There was grease and dirt build up on the cabinets above the microwave. When we tried to use the jacuzzie tub in the master dirt came out of the jets. We didn’t have sheets for one of the pull out couch beds and when we called at 8am to let them know they weren’t dropped off until after 6 that night. I don’t expect the property to be perfect however when we are paying the amount we did I do expect better than what we got.

Close to parkway

This was our second time staying here. We like that each family has their own bedroom and bath. The grands love the game room! We like the quiet neighborhood and location of this property.

This rental home was a decent choice for our son’s birthday weekend. The amenities included in the basement were nice. The multiple tv’s were great.

Beautiful rental!

This place was very clean, roomy, beautiful, fun, easy to get to, and such a great price! We LOVED this property and would definitely stay again! We had plenty of room, an abundance of towels and blankets, and so much fun in the game room.

Spring break mini getaway

My husband, our three kids, his parents and I all stayed here for a mini getaway. The house was clean and just the way it was described in the listing. The kids absolutely loved the basement with all the different games. It was a very cute house in the perfect location not far from the main road. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip

The home was clean with plenty of amenities. The locaton is great, with no scary roads and close to town. The kids loved playing ping pong at night, it was a big hit! Check in process was easy and we received our code within the promised time frame. Would definitely recommend staying!!

The house was great, and super easy to get to the main road and back to all the atteactions, but honestly we spent one night there just hanging out. Everyone enjoyed the game and theater rooms
