The property is very private and completely gated. You can park 2 cars on the property behind the gate and 2 cars on the street in front of the house so 4 cars total. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large living space for the whole group to comfortably hang out. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have queen size beds. 1 bedroom has 2 full size beds and 1 bedroom has 3 bunk beds. 2 of the bunk beds are singles over doubles and 1 bunk bed is a single over single.

The exterior space was designed for large groups to hang out and not have to leave the property. Enjoy the Florida sun in the pool and hot tub and soak it all up on one of the many lounge chairs available. The property has a large grill and a covered outdoor dining area to host a cookout. We also provide a large cooler so that you never even have to go back inside the house.

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 10:00 AM.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every MONDAY and THURSDAY morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: 2 cars can be parked into the driveway through front gate. Free parking on street.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
