Anniversary Getaway

The property was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a nice ocean view from the balcony! Plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The condo was perfect! 5 min walk to the beach or the park to watch the tournament games that brought us to OC. Great food options nearby and walkable. The condo had everything we needed and was nice and updated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute clean condo

Wonderful condo for our long weekend at OCMD. Steve's place was clean comfortable and exactly as described. Just a few steps from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Thanks so much for a great stay!

absolutely wonderful!

the manager of the building was so nice to my family and i! our kids loved the game room and the pool! the condo was so clean, had lots of stuff to make you feel comfortable/right at home including extra comfortable blankets! ♥️ stephen is also so easy to communicate with and very kind. you will not regret staying here!

Great location

Only negatives are the furniture is small, almost child sized. Also, the thermostat is a little tricky as it wants to stay on eco mode and not cool. The bedroom gets hot at night if you don't make the thermostat keep cooling to the desired temperature. The building is old, but it is nice.

Thank you Stephen for staying at our condo. We were not aware about the eco mode on the AC and we will definitely shut that off! We have an on site manager for any issue like that. Not sure about the furniture. Our living room is fairly spacious and the furniture is appropriately sized. I urge any future guests to take a look at the pictures So you can make your own judgment. That said, we are always upgrading and we will take your comments into account as we do that. Again, thanks for staying at our condo! Steve and Leslie

Everything You Want For a Beach Stay

We can't say enough good things about our stay at this adorable beach condo. We stayed for a moms weekend without the kids and it was perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we especially liked that there was a vacuum for easy sand pickup. The living space is large and open which made it very easy to hang out and catch up. The location is perfect, it almost feels like a secret! It's a 3 min walk, if that, to the start of the dunes. It's also located across the highway from plenty of restaurants, the park, etc. Hosts were amazing! Easy to get a hold of, quick to respond. We would happily stay again, and hope to do so, soon!

Lovely and easy to work with

The property is just as described, and Stephen is very responsive to questions or concerns. Close to beach, clean, great TV. Alexa is a nice touch. The owners really want you to enjoy the property and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. We arrive and noticed the blender had no lid and there were no wine glasses. We mentioned this to Stephen and the following day he had them delivered. It truly is the little things!

Great place for a getaway

We did a long weekend away and loved this place. It is very clean, roomy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to watch TV while relaxing in bed at nite. There is a good view of the ocean from the balcony. It is a 2 minute walk from the room to the beach. Everything is updated and new. You could tell they put love and effort into making this a place to relax and enjoy your time away. We loved that most of the wall decor were beautiful pictures taken by the owners. We highly recommend this place for your beach getaway.

The place was very clean and perfect for our stay, we loved the fireplace in the living room, especially in December and the jacuzzi tub! I would definitely stay here again.

Just prior to your stay Leslie and I were there putting the finishing touches on lots of upgrades (the big screen TV, furniture, gallery art, silverware/glassware/dishes among many other things). We are 2 newly minted empty nesters who have decided to spend our extra free time putting together an awesome Ocean City retreat condo. After renting for the past 25 years in North Ocean City, we decided to put our knowledge of the area and our time into creating the ultimate condo experience for ourselves and renters.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We designed this place for our own family to gather. If it isn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough for you! We wanted to be in a location that is just off the beach in a family oriented, quieter area, yet close to all the iconic Ocean City locations such as Dumsers, Grottos, and the Fractured Prune. Each is an extremely quick walk. We love getting up in the morning and walking on our cute street up to Fenwick and back. We often go the whole way to the "red sign" that everyone touches and turns around at one mile into Fenwick. There are usually people handing out water bottles and kids selling lemonade. A major quality of life amenity is having the biggest OC park right across the way. You can take your kids and walk out on the pier and watch people crabbing and fishing. You can ride bikes on the trails and play with your kids on the playground. So much to do, so many ways to just relax, just steps from this wonderful condo.
