â Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
â Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
â Standard occupancy is 18 guests, and maximum occupancy is 23 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
â Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
â Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
â Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
â For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.
