Cette maison est un endroit fabuleux pour être. Professionnels, athlètes, artistes, ou ceux avec goût exclusif seront tous profiter de cette maison. Près de 2000 pieds de mur de stuc de six pieds enferme ce composé 4½ ACRE. Entrez par les portes contrôlées touche-pad à un large disque pavered. Ceci est la maison la moins chère de sa catégorie ELITE dans tous Scottsdale / Cave Creek / Carefree.

Rêve finitions de la maison et des accessoires. Versailles travertin. Cinq étoiles îlot de cuisine. Poêle à Thermador de gaz, remplissage de pot, trois fours, et tabouret de bar des sièges pour huit. Vaste terrain privé avec 9 trous de golf miniature, un terrain de sport, de trampoline au sol, glayground, piscine cascade, construite en glissement rocheux, bar swim-up, foyer extérieur, foyer, fers à cheval, étang de koi, et un très grand belvédère couvert piscine barbecue à gaz. Paysages du sud incroyable avec 50 vues mile, 20 pieds de plafonds, 11 téléviseurs, 3 sur un mur vidéo dans le théâtre et un écran de projection de 122 pouces pour les films HD ou des programmes de télévision. Great property , Beautiful Views - BUT disappointed

This property could be absolutely magical if only for the maintenance and upkeep. Our group fully enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub, gaming areas, fire pit etc. Although a very spacious home with many areas and rooms, there was a lack of maintenance , cleanliness and basic TLC to make it fantastic . It started with the inefficiency of the bed and sleeping quarters to the lack of expense for bath towels and linens. Th kitchen is great with 3 oven and gas cook tops , however all 3 ovens were filthy and caked with grease as well as both refrigerators left with food and drink spills and leftover freezer items from a previous renter . Pantry was completely disorganized and we had to wash any dish or pan before use . Broken disposal, foul odor in the island sink , as well as broken shower handle in Master and lack of hot water. Casita had a bad smell and no need for a weight room with broken equipment -king bed should be used in main house . The electronics are outdated, however it wasn’t too difficult to operate them. When we arrived the Media room door leading outside was held WIDE open by a chair as well as the bathroom door in media room unlocked leading to outside. This vacation home is on the market and we had a potential buyer stop by to look at it . The host responded promptly and offered to come by and address issues . Overall - this Vacation home met our group needs and provided us great memories , and a lot of fun - but if only someone cared it could be amazing!

Great Potential But...

The property has the potential to be really good but the upkeep is quite poor. - exercise room is unusable (too smelly - even when leaving the doors open to air out)- master shower doesn't get hot... had cold shower on two days, lukewarm the others. - some of the rooms weren't clean- tvs need to be updated. They are old and we had lots of issues with connectivity. If one person is watching a show in the movie room then the person in the living room has to watch the same thing. - all sports equipment should be replaced. We are not serious sports people but the majority of the equipment is broken.. - the owner was always available but complained about us setting the pool temperature above 87 degrees. Seemed a little petty considering how run down the property is. - WIFI is horrible... couldn't do work anywhere outside and still very slow inside. All in all - we made the best out of it and had a great time! The host is very responsive and tried to address some of the issues , however for the price tag it just isn't worth it. Please give this house some TLC for the price you are charging as the home has great potential!

Excellent place!!

We had a wonderful time in the mansion there was plenty of activities around the place that my 7 year old boy enjoyed. He turn seven and has Autism he loves to swim so he spend a lot of time swimming jumping in the trampoline and in the playground, He also enjoyed the movie theater. I have a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us we had a great time!!!

Everything we could have asked for!

My friends and I recently stayed at this property in Cave Creek for a bachelor party and we were very happy with the accommodations. Although the property is a little off the beaten path, once there, it was like our own oasis. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer including the pool, basketball, pickleball, mini golf, and so much more. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Most awesome vaca

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet atmosphere, no close up neighbors. The pool was our favorite and pool slide was the hit for a little ones and teens. We experienced everything they had to offer. Enough room for our whole family of at times up to 26. We will definitely book this property again. John was the best host, very caring and responded right away. Thank you so much John for sharing your home to us. We greatly apprecialte it.

The property and the features are done very well. However, the property is old and very rundown and is not well kept. It was very dirty furniture and amenities are broken and unusable. The house is infested with bugs and we believe there is a serious mold problem in this home, I had to leave a day early due to severe asthma attack after only spending 30 minutes in the game room

Not enough bathrooms

The house was very good with the exception of lack of bathrooms. 4 rooms had to share 2 bathrooms. 7-8 people in one bathroom is not enough. Lights didn’t work in one shower and toilet areal. All week. Had a good time in pool. Kids loved the yard. Overall a C rating because too many people to a bathroom. It says sleeps 30. We only had 20 and that was crowded.

Beautiful Home, BUT…

Home needs maintenance. It is getting run down. Both sinks in Kitchen had leaks that ran out on floor. We cut water jugs to catch drips on one sink and quit using the other. Master shower was huge with 8 shower heads but only one worked. All the rest were clogged up with lime deposits. All bathrooms had this issue. Guest house shower was down to a trickle. Dining chairs had holes in seats…house needs maintenance badly. Sad to see it just let go.

Spectacular Spring Break!

This house far exceeds everything that is written about it! We stayed here during Spring Break 2010. We brought 6 kids ranging from 11 to 23 (she's still a kid in our eyes!). There was so much space that we weren't banging into each other and there was always something for them to do. One of the boys decided to be our personal bartender! The kitchen was so fun that the kids cooked meals every night for us before the evening movie. Sometimes there was a double feature and talk of a triple feature! This house felt like a personal resort, so much to do, so little time. Hopefully we can get our neighbors to go on vacation with us and we will be back! The owners are so delightful. He met us at the house and showed us around, explained his television (!!!), introduced us to the turtles, and made us feel very at home! If you want a wonderful relaxing vacation, I wouldn't even hesitate to book this house, you won't be disappointed!!

"Living Like Rock Stars"

I'm the designated event planner for a golf trip we have been doing for the past 20 years. We have a total of 8 guys (6 of them physicians) that go to different parts of the country each year for a 5 day golf trip. We have been to Pelican Hill in California, Palm Springs, California, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head Island, Kiawah Island, Grand Cypress in Florida to name a few of our destinations. This house, by far, was the biggest and most luxurious house we have stayed at. What's nice was the location...close to the 4 courses we played...The Boulders, TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk, and Troon North. We had Safeway.com deliver foodstuff and adult beverages prior to our arrival. The icing on the cake was the owner, John Bigelow, whom I can't say enough about. He greeted us upon arrival and went over the "bells & whistles" (and there are many) of the place and asked us to call him with any further questions after he left (we did). And, his responsiveness was instantaneous which was greatly appreciated. The place does not come cheap nor should it. It's massive inside (with an upstairs game room with air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, and pool table). It was Ryder Cup weekend so we hunkered down after golf into the media room and watched some of the action from 8 recliners in front of a massive screen. Outside, the pool (with waterslide), hot tub, swim up bar. full court basketball court , horseshoes, and Frisbee golf keep everyone cool and entertained throughout our stay. On arrival night we had a catered dinner with a chef that John recommended that was simply delicious. If you want a golf trip in the desert, and you want to go top shelf, this is the place for you and the boys. My thanks to John for making this trip a trip to remember.

Huge disappointment due to deferred maintenance and neglect

We were a group of eight guys going to Scottsdale for a golf weekend. After reading the reviews, we thought this would be the perfect house but we were mistaken. While maybe the home was once a “dream home", it has now fallen into a state of disrepair and neglect. The things that didn’t work right or were damaged was unbelievable. It was so bad, we took photos and sent them to the owner along with the list below. We even asked for partial refund because we felt the house did not deliver on its promises but he refused. (I have the photos if anyone is interested). 1. The BBQ grill is very hazardous. The valves leak even in the “off” position and are essentially broken. It is set for a gas explosion. 2. The kitchen faucet was broken and leaked water 3. Master Bedroom 4 post bed canopy is structurally unsound and not safe as it is held together by what appears to be an old shower curtain ring 4. Master Bathroom main shower valve knob is not secured to the valve itself and falls off 5. The hand held shower bracket was broken in the guest bath 6. The urinal in the master bath didn’t function—we used it once and it overflowed 7. Master Bathroom basin has no drain cover on it which lead to water splashing all over when the faucet was used 8. The faucet in the guest bath was loose and didn’t function properly 9. Master Bathroom towel rack is broken 10. Table in the Living Area is broken 11. The spa wouldn’t heat up 12. The window coverings in the casita didn’t work properly which doesn't allow light into the dark room 13. The pool was filthy with accumulated dirt/oil all around the pool tile 14. The waterfall area was in such disrepair that there is exposed rebar where the concrete has fallen off 15. There is algae in the pool 16. There were numerous holes in the drywall and broken tiles 17. The towels were mostly threadbare 18. The furniture felt more like a frat house than a luxury home 19. Some bedrooms do not even have nightstands 20. Most bathrooms have no towel bars 21. The bath amenities were poor and there was no soap 22. There we MANY lightbulbs that were burned out 23. Extra rollaway beds and mattresses were scattered throughout the bedrooms While we made the most of the situation, it came down to the fact that we feel we grossly overpaid for the home. I have rented quite a few VRBO homes, and while I have been disappointed with some of them, I have never had anything near this level of disappointment.

WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HAD HOPED IT WOULD BE. WE WANTED IT TO BE A SPECIAL TIME FOR OUR PARENTS TO BE WITH THE FAMILY, AND IT DEFINITELY WAS. THE 1 AND 3 YEAR OLD HAD PLENTY OF THINGS TO KEEP THEM ENTERTAINED. THE YOUNG ADULTS AND OLDER ADULTS HAD PLENTY TO KEEP US ALL BUSY FOR 4 DAYS. THERE WAS HIKING JUST OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. WE COULD JUST WALK TO THE HIKING TRAILS. WE NEVER HAD TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. IT WAS AMAZING HOW MUCH THERE WAS TO DO TO KEEP EVERYONE ENTERTAINED, PLUS JUST BEING ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY OUR FAMILY TIME. BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! VERY IMPRESSED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS DECORTATED FOR CHRISTMAS. THE FAMILY WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT, MADE IT FEEL REALLY SPECIAL. THE PROPERTY WAS PRETTY WELL EQUIPPED FOR JUST ABOUT EVERTHING. WE'D DEFINITLEY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Fantastic property.

We book this house for a golf trip with 20 people. The house was great, tons of beds for everyone and the back yard pool/ activity area was amazing! Pool was great, we played tennis, basketball and cornhole! John was a great host. Easy check in and out and made everything very easy. Our group would love to stay again.

Cave Creek is a wonderful town with so much to offer. Cave Creek offers great restaurants and historic shops. There is great golfing along with resort amenities, shopping, clubbing, antiquing and again its all very close to some of the best golfing available. Dove Valley, Desert Mountain, Wildfire, Rancho Manana and more just to name a few. Nearby events include, Spring training, Cardinals, Suns, Diamondbacks, Fiesta Bowl, Barrett Jackson, TPC and all that there is to enjoy in AZ.

Besides having your own personal 9 hole miniature golf course? This home has everything including a large theatre room, multiple Direct TV satellite receivers, sonos radio, movie channels, sports and news channels. Did I mention there is access to music through our control 4 automation system or you can play your own music and listen throughout the home. The property is private with a gated front entrance and a block wall surrounding the whole 4.5 acre estate for privacy. The pictures will tell the story! We also own Bigelow Limousine Services with party buses, limos and sprinters. You can book your airport transportation, night life, golf or Sedona and Grand Canyon transportation in one of our beautiful limousines or Party Buses. Ask about rates!!
