- No pets except service animal. Please notify us if you are bringing a service animal.



Guest Access:

- Almost an acre on the river! With a private beach for fishing and making a fire. The cabin sits above the river quite a bit. There are several steps down to the private beach.

- Hot tub off back deck set in the trees.

- Garage for storing outdoor gear.

- The property is not fenced or secluded.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a small, private neighborhood, our chalet offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Located just off Highway 26, you'll have easy access to a variety of shopping options and endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. While the home isn't secluded, its prime location provides a unique advantage. Enjoy the serene beauty of the river, with private access available via a series of steps. Explore the local area and discover the charm of Rhododendron, Oregon, where you can immerse yourself in nature and create lasting memories.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended, public transportation is available. A bus route provides access to Government Camp and Timberline Lodge, with a walk of approximately one mile to the property. Please note that taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are limited in this area.



Other Things to Note:

- The Chalet does not have A/C (air conditioning), but we do have multiple box fans and ceiling fan to circulate air.

- During the winter there is a possibility of snow. 4x4 and higher clearance vehicles are recommended. Driveway is fairly level, but not plowed.

- There are many stairs to access the river, use at your own risk.

- There is potential to see deer, bears and other wildlife.
