Le petit cottage de plage est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et exclusif à la pointe de l'île. 60 mètres à pied des kilomètres de plage de sable blanc d'Anna Maria Island - l'une des plus belles plages de Floride. La maison a WLAN (WIFI gratuit)

Dans les mois de saison, nous louons du samedi au samedi.

La particularité - votre avantage : L'emplacement de la maison est si proche de la plage et donc très familial. Les distances sont courtes, surtout quand quelqu'un veut 'juste' boire quelque chose de frais ou que quelqu'un doit juste aller aux toilettes...

Sentez la brise et détendez-vous : La maison est située dans la plus belle partie de l'île, à la pointe nord, au nord de Pine Ave. Vous pouvez faire du vélo jusqu'à la jetée, la marina ou « Sandbar », l'un des restaurants les plus populaires de l'île.

En voiture jusqu'à Mickey Mouse & Co. : Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre les principales attractions de la Floride dans la région d'Orlando en une excursion d'une journée (environ 1,5 heure de route) en voiture. Et le soir, vous pouvez à nouveau vous réjouir de la tranquillité de l'île....

La maison voisine à droite peut également être louée, ce qui rend les maisons idéales pour les mariages, les réunions de famille ou les voyages à deux familles. Important : la piscine n'appartient qu'au Sand Dollar Cottage.

Perfect location. Nice place perfect for a family of 4. Everything you need and clean. We loved it. Owners seem nice via messages. Just beware the location to pick up your door code is not accurate and we’re not able to get into the home due to not having the code until 330AM! We literally had to sit in our vehicle for hours in the middle of the night waiting to get a code. Pretty much a the worst start possible to our trip.

Overall the property accommodated all of our needs, very clean, awesome location with just steps to the beach and easy walk to area restaurants. We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood and how the landscaping enabled privacy to relax in the well maintained pool. We often cook our own meals and appreciated the ample flatware and additions of fine china; perhaps the cookware and cutlery could benefit from being updated. (We have our own cottage and we are used to overcoming these minor challenges.) We are sad to leave and look forward to an expanded visit next time.

We had such a great stay at this property! It was the perfect house for our family! The outdoor area and screened in patio was so nice to have bc we could still be outside (it rained a lot the week we stayed).It was right across the street from the ocean, doesn’t get much better than that! Can’t wait to come back!

The sand dollar cottage is a nice property with a great location on north Anna Maria island. The home is in good condition with a nice private pool that adds to the location across from the beach. While the home has the advantage of location, and appears to have been somewhat updated from a prior stay several years ago, we were disappointed with the bed in the primary bedroom - it was represented in the Vrbo listing as a Queen bed, when in reality it was barely a full size bed. The futon/sofa and side chairs were dated and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was remodeled/renovated from our last stay and was in good shape with excellent walk in shower and the lighting was good. One of the real issues with our stay is something the owners have little control over, but a heads up would have been nice. The property directly across the street is being re-built and the construction workers began making noise around 7am every day of our stay with the exception of Sunday. We understand the island was hit a couple of years ago and homes are being renovated and rebuilding is part of that process. The property manager could have communicated this fact with us in advance of our stay, and given the severity of the storms of 2024, we would have understood going in. Waking up to construction noise around 7am was very unpleasant and disturbing to our peace of mind. The sand dollar cottage gets high marks for location & access to the beach - but the home needs serious updating.

To clarify, the entire cottage was completely refurnished after the hurricanes, so all furniture and beds are less than two years old. We are sorry if the comfort fell short of your expectations. Great Home

It was better than we even expected, especially knowing that both Hurricane Helene and Milton had affected this property only a few short months before our stay. It was a very restful and comfortable surrounding for us. It was just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would like to come back again.

A Gem By The Beach

This property has the old Florida feel with it’s location just across from the beach. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids! Our family had a great time and look forward to returning!!!

Cozy Cottage, Easy Walk to the Beach

We were very comfortable in this lovely cottage. The beach just across the street is excellent. It was not very crowded when we were there and we were thrilled to see a dozen or so manatees swim by, just off shore.

A wonderful little cottage across from pristine beach. Easy access to island and all we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Master bed needs upgrade but the ocean breezes made up for sleep needs. Thank you fr a wonderful stay!

Ideal for relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar Cottage, it is an extremely relaxing place which is just what we needed. The location is superb, so close to the beach. When at the cottage, we spent much of our time in the screened lanai or the pool area which were ideal. We also enjoyed wandering down to the beach most evenings to watch the sunset which was spectacular.

Perfect location, clean, perfect size pool for 2 kids

We had a lovely week at Sand Dollar cottage. The location on the north end is so beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and Beach Bums delivered beach umbrellas and corn hole right to the rental. The cottage had some Beach chairs and sand toys as well as some pool toys. We hope to return to this lovely place!

Sand Dollar Cottage

We just came home from our second stay at the Sand Dollar. The updates to kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer are fabulous! The cottage was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We look forward to our next trip to AMI!

Private oasis!

This was the nicest place we have stayed! The room was adorable! The pool area was your own private oasis! The screened lanai was so nice to sit at. The front yard is so pretty. The walk to the beach was such a short walk. I usually stay beach front but with everything this place had it was well worth the short walk. Can't wait to go back!

The house nest to the right is also available for rent, making it perfectly suited for two-family traveling, reunions and wedding guests. It has a heated pool and a covered and screened porch for enjoying the summer breeze.
