Maison de plage spacieuse avec vue magnifique sur le Golfe

La maison entièrement climatisée se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme et exclusif à la pointe de l'île. Miles de plage de sable blanc à votre porte est l'une des plus belles plages de Floride. La maison dispose de 3 chambres, de deux salles de bains, d'une grande cuisine et d'un salon à aire ouverte et d'un accès WIFI gratuit.
Nous avons rénové la maison en 2021 : nouvelle cuisine, nouveaux meubles de salon, les matelas, draps, serviettes, vaisselle ont été entièrement remplacés. En 2022, des portes coulissantes en verre anti-ouragan ont été installées et le toit a été renouvelé.

Dans les mois de saison, nous louons du samedi au samedi.

Profitez de la belle brise sur la terrasse tout en prenant votre petit-déjeuner ou regardez les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse le soir. La particularité - votre avantage : L'emplacement de la maison est près de la plage et donc très familial.

La maison a une distance optimale de la plage d'environ 60 m. Les distances sont courtes, surtout quand quelqu'un veut 'juste' boire quelque chose de frais ou que quelqu'un doit juste aller aux toilettes...
Sentez la brise et détendez-vous : La maison est située dans la plus belle partie de l'île avec une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique. Profitez des couchers de soleil depuis les terrasses de la maison.
Et où est-ce ailleurs en Amérique? Vous pédalez jusqu'à la jetée, à la poste ou au 'Sandbar', l'un des restaurants les plus populaires de l'île.
Les gens viennent de loin à ce conseil d'initié pour profiter de la bonne nourriture sur la terrasse de la plage dans la brise chaude et regarder le soleil se coucher comme une boule rouge dans l'eau dorée.
Kitsch? - Non, juste très naturel. Et vous pouvez en faire l'expérience tous les soirs depuis la terrasse de la maison.

En voiture jusqu'à Mickey Mouse & Co. : Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre les principales attractions de la Floride dans la région d'Orlando en une excursion d'une journée (environ 1,5 heure de route) en voiture. Et le soir, vous pouvez à nouveau vous réjouir de la tranquillité de l'île....

La petite maison voisine avec piscine à gauche peut également être louée, ce qui rend les maisons idéales pour les mariages, les réunions de famille ou les voyages à deux familles.

Family time and 50th Bday Celebration

The house was well stocked and in a great location by Bean point. The beach was a short distance around the corner from the house. It was nice that they provided a wagon and supplies for the beach. Lots of stairs to this home especially if you are staying in the master bedroom. But the garage being available for the teens to hang out in was an extra Bonus. The only thing I would be aware of there are no televisions in the downstairs bedrooms. Other than that we had such a Great Vacation! There is a sign in the yard that says tortoise crossing.. and we got to see him in action walking across the main road. That was fun to watch. We would stay here again!

Beach sunsets

This property is in a wonderful location, across the street from the beach. It was exactly as advertised. The deck off the 3rd floor master bedroom with its views of the beach and sunsets is the best place in the house. The view may change in the future when there is a house built on that empty lot.

Our Favorite: location, house, owners/management

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is wonderful: comfortable beds, good sized rooms and bathrooms, all the beach things you might need (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, wagon, etc), drip and keurig coffee makers, all the things. The location is awesome: only a two minute walk to the beach. The owners and management are incredibly responsive, kind and easy to communicate with- after difficulty with management at other homes, I am so grateful to know that our stay at this home will be stress-free!

Quiet and Clean

My husband and I stayed for a week in AMI for a workation in December, and enjoyed our time there. The property has a great floorplan with all of the living space on the second and third floors (garage is on the ground floor). The big covered deck on the second floor allows for easy access to the living area, kitchen, dining, and laundry. The primary bedroom on the top floor was comfortable and a nice quiet place to sleep. The only reason that we gave this property a 4-star review is because the owner did not provide many of the basic supplies that are needed when renting a home for a full week. With 3 bathrooms, there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, and no shampoo, conditioner, or shower soap (not even hotel samples to get guests past the first night). There were only 5 dishwasher pods (we rented for a full week), and no laundry soap. Given the price that we paid for the week in this home, we would have expected at least these basic supplies to be provided. When we asked, the owner simply replied: "We rent a vacation home.all guests provide their own supplies. We have normally toilet and one roll of kitchen paper in the cabinet for the start." Additionally, we were disappointed to find that nearly all of the white bath and hand towels were dingy and thin, most likely from overuse and a lack of proper laundry soap or bleach. Overall, Anna Maria Island is a lovely place for a vacation and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Loved it!

Wonderful location, steps from the beach. House was the perfect size for us. Beautiful balcony with doors that open up to make it feel like you’re outside. No complaints!

Hinter dem Haus wurde gebaut..also ab 7:15 Uhr kein schlafen mehr möglich. Uns wurde ein alternatives Haus angeboten..mehr als doppelt soweit vom Strand und wir hätten noch die Reinigung des Hauses zahlen sollen. Damit war es für den Eigentümer getan. Das war keine Alternative für uns.Schade das man uns nicht vorher informiert hat. Der Urlaub war deshalb betrübt.

Happy Place

The house is wonderfully located just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Pine St shops and trolley stops. After a small hiccup at check in, which was quickly resolved, we enjoyed a relaxing week+. There was construction going on directly behind, which started at 7am T-R, but not something the host could control. The house wasn’t fancy, but had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were super responsive and gracious throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you, Waldmullers!

Beautiful home.

Our stay was very interesting. The hurricane force winds and the storm surge were our first time experiencing a hurricane. We weathered through and Kerstin and Georg kept in touch with us to make sure we were ok. This meant a lot to all of us. We did puzzles and walked the island when it was safe to do so. The only downside was the black ants. I informed the manager and he assured us they had just sprayed. We bought some ant traps and sprayed Black Flag ant spray and this took care of the problem. This is a beautiful home with a view of the Gulf.

Simply wonderful!

My family and I so enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The location was perfect! A short walk to the beach across the street for early morning walks and watching the sunset in the evening! The location is quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to the shops on Pine Street. The large front porch makes for a wonderful place for early morning coffee and a quick lunch between beach visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything that we needed. This is our third trip to Ana Maria Island, and it will not be our last!

Another great family vacay is SW FL

We have been vacationing in SW FL for 25 years but this was our first time in AMI. The house was perfectly laid out and was exactly as described in the listing. Kerstin was very reaponsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to our arrival. The house was not beachfront but the access point was very close and the beach was really nice. Tip: get your umbrellas and chairs set up early. It can get a little crowded and you may be dragging your stuff down the beach to find a spot. The AC was.cold and the house was super clean on arrival. Only hiccup was the coffee maker died on day 2 but no biggie, we worked around it. Pine Avenue had no shortage of places to shop, eat, and hang out. Further out, AMI Oyster Bar on the pier in Bradenten is worth the 15 minute drive.

Amazing home

Such an amazing week! The view was spectacular from both porches! We spent all our meals soaking in the view from the large table on the porch. Very easy walk across the street to the beach access. Such beautiful clear water this week! Kitchen was very well stocked to allow us to cook all our meals (except for a donut run to the Donut Experiment!). Very comfortable beds allowing us to catch up on much needed sleep! Would definitely recommend this home for a week in paradise!

Better places on the island

Location is good. Cleanliness was lacking. Ants and other bugs present throughout. You will need all necessities even hand soap. Bring your own first aid kit as the one on property is $40 to use. Living room has outdoor furniture. Not comfortable at all. Location was the only thing that kept me from rating it a 1 star.

Great location!

The house is conveniently located less than 10mn walk from a beautiful white sand beach, ideal to walk up to The Sand Bar from the beach for early evening cocktails watching the sunset. It is also a short 15mn walk to our favorite breakfast place, North Shore cafe and other “must try’s” like the donut experiment and pizza social. Overall, we had a really nice stay, the house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone and the ocean view on the terrace was much appreciated. My only comments would be on the need to potentially upgrade some of the outdoor furniture and supplies (deck chairs could use a little TLC and the charcoal barbecue is small and does not feel really safe, we had to ask for beach chairs which were delivered on the day but had to struggle with the beach umbrella a few times, investing in a slightly higher quality equipment would improve the experience). Lastly, the TV in the living room was not working and did not offer the option to log into the standard cable options eg. Netflix and the like, we usually see those coming with this type of rentals, this would have been a plus especially with teenagers. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the house for its convenience and overall comfort. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in this house on AMI. The home was spacious, clean, and very well-stocked. The huge front porch had a view of the ocean, and the path to the beach was only a few short steps away. It was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend this house.

Anna Maria Island

Easy checkin, house was just as pictured online, great location to beach, restaurants & shopping. It’s a three story home with lots of stairs and views to the ocean. No pool at this house, 3 minute walking distance to the beautiful gulf coast beach. House has lots of amenities provided, Beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals if you want. The beds are very firm and I would say that is the one thing that would deter me from renting again. Everyone in our family complained about the beds. Overall, it is a beautiful house on Anna Maria island.
