Ce chalet est situé "sur la plage" 3007 Avenue F sur la magnifique plage de Holmes. C'est l'unité à l'étage (2 sur 2). Le chalet est très confortable et peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement avec de l'espace supplémentaire. Ce chalet pittoresque est caché dans une rue sans issue, loin de tout, mais à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Il a une douche complète, une cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et une laveuse / sécheuse. C'est très pittoresque et les jardins ont de belles plantes exotiques et tropicales. Vous avez directement sur la plage qui a les plus belles plages d'eau bleue et de sable.

Il y a un chariot qui ramasse toute la journée et le soir à un pâté de maisons. L'unité est située entre la plage de Cortez et l'île Anna Maria où il y a des zones commerçantes, le Ringling Brother's Museum et de nombreux restaurants.

Venez nous rejoindre à Holmes Beach pour le plus beau coucher de soleil que la Floride a à offrir!

Ce sont des unités plus anciennes et nous mettons continuellement à jour les unités mais c'est la plage et peut être très humide. Nous avons des domestiques qui viennent au début et à la fin de chaque invité pour nettoyer et changer les draps. Les jours de forte humidité, les portes peuvent être un peu plus serrées et les jours secs, elles se perdent.

Impossible de battre la vue sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil ....

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

Great location with a beautiful view

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect little cottage on the beach!

A little gem by the ocean. Perfect for families. A lovely location within walking distance to everything and a free trolley for the family to take a tour of all the special places on the island!!!

Beach Getaway

We loved the location and the cute little "beachy" apartment but there were communication issues with host etc that led to the property not being ready for occupancy. Some issues were resolved but it left a "less than great" impression.

House on the beach

I have stayed at this place 3 years in a row! It is very clean and easy access to the beach! Great view from the deck of the beach! Property manager very nice and helpful! Would stay again!

This was my wife, dog and my first time to Anna Marie Island. We all had a great time. The property was perfect. Great sunset views. Great location. We will come back!

Location, location, location

You cannot beat this location; perfect sunset on your deck! Unit had everything we needed; a little small, but was super clean. Shower water pressure was pretty low. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location on edge of the Beach

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal for us, on the edge of the beach. Close to the trolley and Publix only a few minutes walk. Communications were prompt and helpful. The unit had character and we loved the deck which gave a view of the beach and the sunsets over the gulf. We hope to return again next year.

Great View

Property was well represented by the listing. Older Florida unit that was clean and in good condition. The property had newer flooring and furniture in the main living area. The beds we’re comfortable. Linens were also in good shape. The local property manager was excellent and always helpful. Will be staying again.

The view!

Location and view! Clean, old Florida charm. Several beach chairs, one umbrella, wagon, pool noodles and cooler available for use for 2 units. Exactly as the photos showed, no surprises. Washer/dryer in unit, we came with only a backpack. I had several questions that host answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

The property was very clean upon arrival and the unit is in the perfect location! Every day sitting on the beach looking to our far left and right were crowds but where we were was much calmer! Raquel was so helpful and friendly with everything we needed. The unit has everything you need for the beach as well. Parking is very tight. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

Great spot

Overall it was a great trip and location. While we had no issues, it could use some updating. It was a little cramped for 5 people for sleeping arrangements. We realized we need to look for a bigger place next time. However, I can't say enough how great the area and location was! Host was very communicative and assisted with every question.

Million dollar view and location, mattress AWFUL:(

The view and location of this property was the absolute BEST. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from your very window and when you wake up in the morning you can see the most beautiful views of the gulf and dolphins. And it’s within close proximity to everything you would want to be near. It’s also peaceful and quiet…… however, we never got any good rest nor sleep because of the awful mattress(es) and it needs some updating inside. When you go on vacation you need to be able to rest and sleep ,which is more important than any of the above positives I mentioned.

Looking for basics, then this is your place to stay.

We enjoyed our time spent in the AMI area. The property was clean and quaint with all the basic nessesities (fridge, stove, bed, tv). If you're looking for the basics then this would be the place to stay at. We spent most of our time out and about, but during our down time I was hoping it was going to be more comfortable than what it was, especially being there for almost a week. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we were both going to just sleep on the couch and the other on the pull out bed, but the couch and torn cusions and you sank into the back of it and the pull out had urine stains on the matress. We couldn't get the temperature on the fridge right, our food either didnt stay cold or was frozen and we had to go and buy toilet paper and trash bags which was something I wasn't expecting either. This place just wasn't horrible, however we have stayed at other places with more comfort and amenities for less money. I loved my staycation in AMI but was not in love with the property we stayed at.

Great spot on the beach

First of all I want to start off by saying, communication between owner/manager were amazing! The property was meticulously cleaned and we loved the location right on the beach. However, we did have some concerns with the overall structural integrity of the property. Walking in the door is just plain dangerous as the floor is caving in and you can see the rot under the stairs and the tiles are all cracking and breaking at the door. We acknowledge the property is old and is on the beach and subjected to salt air, but there is a substantial amount of wood rot that should be looked at and remedied. We travel ALOT and have stay on the beach before and we've never seen as much damage. We do acknowledge however, that the owners do try to take great care of the property. We would stay here again, but only after a home inspection reveals the structure is safe. The other huge issue was parking. We had to park in a tree so we could barely get out of the vehicle on one side or to the stairs to get up to the unit. Parking is very, very tight. Make sure your vehicle is small. We had a Jeep and parking was still tough between us and the neighbor downstairs who had 2 and at one time 3 vehicles taking up space. Overall, the place is cute and location is good.

Great accommodation, lousy owner communication

Clean throughout, nice partial beach view from balcony, easy beach access. If we could ignore the ugly response from the owner to a door locking problem the trip would have called for 5 stars all the way. In brief, we had initial trouble unlocking the door upon arrival, but finally got in. The code lock was loosely mounted and, apparently, the signal was weak. When attempting to lock the door to go out the first time it would not work. A light should show up on the key pad and an "unlock" or "lock" sound should be heard. The guest manual stated "text me for any issues" or similar words, so we did just that. The response was a GIF of a cartoon guy shrugging. Not only unhelpful, but arrogantly obnoxious, as was his subsequent ignoring of phone calls and texts requesting assistance that first day. During the entire nine day stay we had no follow up from any owner or representative. Consequently, despite having an overall pleasant time at the property we would not return. VRBO: take note.....your operation has the ability to either condemn this type of guest treatment, or remove the listing.

Anniversary

When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again.
