This super cute downtown Coeur d'Alene bungalow offers all the comforts of home with the convenience of being in the heart of the city. With a full kitchen, laundry, and sleeping space for 5, it's the perfect cozy retreat for a family or small group. The open floor plan features two bedrooms with plenty of windows and brand-new beds. Relax with two large smart TVs equipped with Roku or gather around the fire table in the outdoor area for a peaceful evening.

If you're visiting for winter activities, warm up by the indoor fireplace in the living room and enjoy a cozy night in. This dog-friendly bungalow is centrally located, just steps away from Sherman Street shopping, two city parks, and the amazing lake, making it the perfect little getaway for your family.

You can't beat staying in downtown Coeur d'Alene! Located on a quiet street, this home backs up to an open space and is set back from the road, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. Perfect for families with kids and dogs—bring them along and enjoy the outdoors!

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.

I LOVED this house! Excellent neighborhood! Very quiet, cozy, relaxing environment! Everything is clean and above and beyond ready to just move in and enjoy. Walking distance to downtown and CDA lake! Lots of nice places to eat. Enjoyed ziplining and riding the Hiawatha!Would stay here again and again! Great communication, easy entry.10 out of 10! Book it, you wont regret it!

Dusty in places it should not have been,Projector and entertainment system confusing and didn't work for us. Needs a non slip rug in bathroom, needs new towels, shower curtain and rod rusty and dirty, darking shades in bedroom, pot holders, no outside trash receptacle, some of the plugs and lamps were scary to use, seemed as if they need new switches. But overall cute place and comfortable for the week. Minor upgrades would make this place magnificent.

We were very pleased with the property & location. We did think some of the staples were missing, for example pot holders. Most people don’t think to bring something like that. Also the patio was full of dry leaves and appeared to not have been cleaned for quite some time. Overall, the property was very nice, just some suggestions.

Adorable house

Such a cute house tucked back behind a well landscaped front yard and off the street parking! We had great communication from the property manager and no issues with our stay. Everything was clean. This is a great house for a family! Open space and even a covered patio in the back.

This little house was cute and in a great location within walking distance to the lake and downtown shopping. My only complaint was how dirty it was. The property management asked that you remove shoes when in the home and we quickly discovered the floor was filthy. Our feet were black, I then looked closer at the floors and you could see previously spilt or dropped liquid throughout. Under the couch was disgusting, I went to grab my daughter’s book and noticed an entire Safeway cake/brownie still in the container, flattened and moldy, French fries, crumbs, fingernails, so gross. There was no mop in the home to clean the floors so unfortunately, we had to deal with it. Aside from that, it was great.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 9 days and love the place. Location was perfect for a short walk to the lake, boardwalk and all kinds of great food and shopping. We will definitely return!

Great Location / Quiet Stay

Loved the location, short walk to downtown and all the activities. Street Fair was on during our stay and only four blocks away as well as great places to have bar bites or a more formal meal. Always enjoy our time in CDA!! ❤️

Fun Family Vacation

Second time staying at this place. We love the location, front yard, and fireplace in the covered back patio. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk or bike ride to the lake and all the restaurants and downtown area. Would stay again!

Cutest CdA Cottage

We loved our stay. House is so convenient to downtown/ Ironman activities. There are little extras like a hair dryer, laundry, toaster, 3 different coffee makers, all the kitchen things...and the air conditioner (free standing) but it kept the house a perfect temp for us. Many homes in the area done have AC, so this was a must for us. Property managers were delightful to work with, we will definitely look for NW Hosting properties again if we visit CdA again!

Couple's Getaway

The rental was a great place for our stay! My fiancé, our dog and myself had a truly great time. The house was cute and was just like the photos. Upon arrival, the house was clean and tidy. The property manager even offered us an early check-in, even though we wouldn't have been there early. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and the lakefront. It made the trip more enjoyable and we didn't have to worry about parking or Ubers/taxis. If you're looking for a cute and cozy home for your weekend getaway, I highly recommend this place!

Great Place to stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house. Its very conveniently located and shaded by trees, so the lack of AC wasn't a big deal at all. We have young children so the bunkbed room was very nice. We had to have a mattress replaced and the owner was great and easy to work with, responding very quickly! The only downside is there is no bathroom fan and no smoke detectors. My husband is a firefighter so it was a bit of a concern. But everything else was very nice and we enjoyed it! It was even fun to handwash the dishes (there is no dishwasher) and feel old-school :)

Nice place

Overall a nice place to stay in a good location. Small boxes of bathroom, kitchen, laundry supplies were nice. The location was central. Parking was fine for one car, could have been tricky for more depending on the season and street situation. The property could use an owner or good manager paying attention to some things like towels and linens, lighting that works and is the same temperature (white and yellow together throughout looks cheap.) The bed in the master had a remote that was non-functional. Small things but together it keeps this property from presenting itself as good as it could be.

Location!

Great stay and while we both visited local theme parks and the downtown waterfront area. Location is spectacular for access to the main parks and marina area. We also hiked the easy but fun Tubbs hill trail which we actually could have walked to instead of driving the 6 or so blocks. Overall great place and outside covered patio area a nice additional living space. Kitchen not as "stocked" as other short-term rentals we have stayed at. The dryer on premises was not a good unit and seemingly not functioning correctly. Also lighting could use a refresh - some warm light bulbs, some bright white, some missing. Living space likely fairly dark in the winter/shorter months.

Awesome location!!

We loved being able to see the annual lighting ceremony fireworks from the sweet backyard enclosed outdoor space! We loved outdoor the fireplace it was so fun!! It was walking distance to downtown with kids. And an easy quick drive to Safeway and i90. It's also really close to all the cutest shops that are up 3rd and 4th street! The house itself was really open and had everything I needed to make a nice prime rib dinner during our stay! It was just a really fun place to stay with a cool view!

Wonderful Downtown Bungalow

This cute little bungalow was a great place to go to get a break from the Vegas heat. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen has most of what you would need if you wanted to cook, including lots of spices. The decor inside was very nice overall. Plenty of towels and pretty much anything you would need. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated that they were dog friendly and kindly accommodated our Maltese pup. Overall we were quite comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this bungalow and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Decent property in a great location

Stayed here in June 2022. It was ok but there were several deal breakers that mean we won't be going back there for our many trips to the area to see family. I feel like with minimal investment, the owners could make this a standout property. I've outlined my suggestions below, if these are not issues for you - don't hesitate to stay here. I especially loved the patio outdoors. Really lovely space. - No dishwasher. The listing doesn't say there is one and obviously the photos don't show one but I missed that it doesn't have a dishwasher and that was a huge bummer for us. It also appears that they don't verify the manual cleaning of the dishes because we spent the entire first day re-washing everything we needed to use. I don't blame past tenants - no one cares when checking out to ensure the dishes they are leaving are spotless . It feels in bad faith to not have a basic appliance needed for a property with multiple visitors. Just gross. - No fan in the only bathroom, also gross - Light in the bathroom flickered really bad, felt like a rave at some points. Very unpleasant. - Kitchen was very sparsely stocked. Very few supplies. I made the risky decision of not bringing salt (assuming that was one of the basics) and they had a whole spice rack with an empty salt container. Bland dinner resulted. - No disposal. Annoying. - The bunk beds in the second bedroom are much too large for the space. The second door can barely open which was a problem for us because.... - Not enough room for a pack n play. If you're traveling with a toddler/baby it's a very tight squeeze in there. We had to keep the large double doors closed to be able to squeeze the pack n play in front of the bunk beds which meant we had to squeeze through the second door which only opened halfway. Have fun doing that with a screaming baby in your arms. One large pro - the king bed in the master was super comfy. If you're staying here alone and my deal breakers don't matter to you, book away!
