Beautiful Condo

Great location, beautiful vacation. Our host Larry met us there, showed us around, explained how all appliances worked, gave us tips on all restaurants close by. Wonderful 3 day get away!

Only one thing

The condo was lovely, great view. Comfy beds. Lots of towels which is not common.The only reason I do not give a 5 is a personal one. The design of the condo is that the toilet door is fogged glass and visible from anywhere in the bedroom. Was not a fan of that. The lighting in the second bedroom could be brighter.

Great Place

I have stayed in this condo for the 3rd year. We enjoy the location and added extras this unit provides. I also have to say the beds and linens are so soft & comfy. I will be back next year.

The condo is very nice, and Larry has provided everything you could possibly need in it! The location is wonderful with great restaurants in walking distance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location and love the condo

Fantastic stay - the owner was excellent and everything was in great condition…we had zero issues. The view off the beach is great and we were centrally located and really easy to get to things without driving…we had golf cart taxis that took us places.

Perfect Location!

Larry was wonderful! He greeted me when I arrived, gave me great advice on restaurants and things to do. The place was amazing! Everything was organized and very clean! Super comfy beds!! Loved the full kitchen we did cook a bit during the day, excellent coffee makers (I have been to some VRBO where the coffee machines have not even worked). The place is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk anywhere and take a circuit golf cart to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Overall we had a great week staying here, I would definitely recommend any of Larry's properties. Thanks again:)

Weekend Getaway

The condo is exactly as described. Check in is easy and check out is easy too. Host is extremely communicative. There are plenty of towels and all the needs of kitchens and bathrooms you might have. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and patio upstairs are awesome. Gym is smaller than expected but has all the equipment you could need. If your paying cash at any of the amenities don’t bring large bills. Thanks for a great weekend!

May 12-16,2022 Celebrating birthdays

We had a wonderful experience there were 6 adults and we had plenty of room, updated, extremely clean, the pool and service was amazing ask for Marco, he was great DJ at pool on sat and sun was a fun bonus. Great location close to beach and free Circuit transport for tip only, El Vez has amazing food and so many great restaurants close by. Highly recommend and will defiantly rent from Larry again and the W is first class.

Great condo, perfect location

The condo was great with all the conveniences. Dishes, silverware, coffee maker, pots etc. the set up was great for a family, bedrooms on opposite sides with their own bathrooms. The resort has two pools, a fitness center and 2 restaurants. Great access to the beach was nice too!

Excellent unit in a prime property and location

The unit was even nicer than the listing pictures would indicate. The condo was extremely well supplied and everything was top end - large appliances, small appliances, knives, kitchen utensils, soaps/shampoos, towels, bedding, etc. The owner is an excellent communicator and even though there wasn't anything we needed, he said to call him 24/7 if we did. He gave local restaurant recs and property tips. The spaces and loungy areas around the W are very nice - we would definitely stay here and rent from Larry again.

The best weekend at the W!

We had a fantastic stay in Larry's home in the W Residences on Fort Lauderdale beach. Communication with Larry was excellent and he was able to accommodate a very early check in due to our flight being changed. Larry's unit is clean and updated. The mattresses and beds were very comfortable and there was truly everything we could possible need for our 3 night stay. We had access to all of the amenities of the W hotel as well as the private residences pool. The location is perfect and the staff of the hotel was helpful. The unit sleeps 5 comfortable and 6 if necessary. Highly recommend!
