*BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED* Welcome to paradise! Romantic getaway? Family fun? This is the condo for you. Located on the 2nd floor of Island Sands, you won’t worry about crowded elevators. You are seconds from the white sandy beaches and relaxing with the complimentary beach service (Mar 1- Oct 31). On Okaloosa Island enjoy morning walks that are picturesque, along with family fun at the pool and grill area. The private balcony and double sliding glass doors offer panoramic views of the sunset.
Enjoy the direct and unobstructed views of the ocean from this second floor condo the minute you walk in the door. After a fun filled day on the beach, unwind in this 1 bd, 1.5 ba condo offering a king size bed, with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4). You will have all the amenities of home with a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV, DVD Player and stereo. Luxury linens and bath towels are provided. You are within minutes of amazing restaurants, putt-putt and the boardwalk. If nightlife is more your style, you’re in luck. Destin is only a short drive. For the nature lover, this unit is a short walk to the government reservation with miles of secluded open beach. There is sure to be fun for the whole family at your fingertips! Between the 30 second walk to the sand and our dedication to personal touches, you will never want to leave!
