This beautiful Gulf-view unit is located on the fourth floor and is adorned with stylish decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom has a tub, sink, and vanity. When it's time to call it a night, sleep serenely on the plush bed.

Additional amenities include a TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, VCR, and free internet access.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service included March 1 - October 31.

Nice place

My only complaint is that Vacasa is the manager. They are great, responsive, and on site. But, there are no scatter rugs, I suppose it costs more to wash them. But, I like a rug in front of my bathroom sink and at least a welcome mat inside the door if not both side ands out.

Not a bad place to stay

We love the beach at the Islander, great location, a little disappointed that you have to pay to reserve a good seat on the beach, not first come first serve like others. They chairs are nice that they provide, but the company that services them put them so close to each other, you can literally touch the people that are sitting next to you. Bring your own chairs and umbrella. The building is nice, the room is nice as well, the mattress is not nice, very uncomfortable. The fully kitchen is great, and the bathrooms is nice.

Very nice

We stayed for long holiday weekend and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen plenty of pots and pans , plenty of towels and nice and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect!!

I had the most perfect stay on this beautiful beach! The condo is wonderful! Loved the location and it was so relaxing to sit on the outdoor patio overlooking the gulf. Beach service was great! The condo has everything for making meals (even a toaster and blender). You would need to walk a ways or drive a few minutes to area restaurants but you can also get food delivery right to your door…which I did since I didn’t have a car. Bed was really comfy!!

Shortened Trip

Due to weather related emergency at home we had to leave 4 days early. We did not purchase trip insurance but circumstances probably would not have applied. Enjoyed the property while there. It was clean, adequately equipped, and comfortable all around. Pricing was very reasonable. A couple more minor comments. The sliding door to the deck was bent and would not close all the way. Room stayed comfortable despite. There was standing water in the dishwasher indicating a possible clog. We did not run it. We have been to this site several times and will return in the future.

Beautiful view!

This small condo unit was just right for my husband and I! It was so relaxing looking at the ocean each day from our balcony. And it was a real plus that the Islander provided an umbrella and beach chairs each day.

Easy check in and check out. The unit cleanliness certainly did not justify the fee. Patio door was hard to open and shut,the track was in terrible condition and dirty. The door didnt have a handle, just about a half inch deep finger pull..so it was a nail buster! Closet door would not slide shut shut once you opened it. I realize it is a studio unit but we have stayed in hotel suites that where more spacious.

The perfect view!

We loved our stay here! It was just right for our little family! The unit could probably use some updates in some spots but over all it was very nice! The walk to the beach and pool was just downstairs, the view was unbelievable and they had a box fan so I was able to sleep! Huge bonus for me bc I have to have that noise to sleep! We would definitely stay here again! Great location and the beach wasn’t to crowded! Thanks again for letting us rent out the unit! 😊

Nice Clean Unit

The unit itself was very clean and decorated very well. We had issues with how the AC worked or didn't work at night because it was under 72° and blew out hot air. The boardwalk was being repaired the whole week we were there and we didn't have water for most of the day on Wednesday and couldnt get a hold of anyone because the office is closed on Wednesdays. Thw emergency number did not help as they said it would. It was ok stay but probably wouldn't stay there again. I will say all the staff was very friendly.
