This a Family owned, Family friendly, luxury villa located in a highly sought after and beautiful area with incredible sea and mountain views and quick access to the beach and all of your beach amenities.

This home is cared for like it's your own! Walk into a comfortable and clean luxury home to just relax and enjoy your holiday!

Absolutely amazing value, extremely large, luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, sleeps 8.
The villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards. Fully air conditioned throughout with a new and high spec air conditioning system. Large & spacious private terrace/patio (not overlooked) with private heated swimming pool and separate large jacuzzi hot-tub, with unobstructed panoramic sea views overlooking the old harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. Full sky package movies,sports etc. WiFi with phone and fax if required. Premier location within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Even though close to all amenities, the villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area.
Villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards, far above and in excess of what is considered normal in Lanzarote,with all quality furnishings and even electrical appliances having been imported for convenience and ease of use through English language instructions eg: washing machine & separate dryer, TV, etc.

For all peak demand dates Except Christmas week/New Years week, ie, any dates containing school holidays, the rate is as posted €328 per night ( €2300 per week) This is the actual rate whether the occupancy is for 2 people or up to 6 people maximum.
For over 6 occupants ( and up to 8 people ) whenever the 4th bedroom is required the rate is €2600.

The 3 bedroom price over Christmas week and New Years week is charged at €2780 per week.
The 4 bedroom price over Christmas week and New Years week is charged at €3180 per week.

For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the quietest low season dates, the minimum 1 bedroom 1 or 2 person rate is €1185 per week. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1485, the 3 bedroom rate is €1785 and the 4 bedroom rate over said dates €2085.

We really enjoyed the villa . Location was great. Pictures of villa a bit misleading! Community pool is in villa pics and can easily be mistaken for private pool. Sea looks a lot closer in pics too. However the villa and location was great and we would book again.

I stay in puerto del carmen once or twice a year and have done for over 20 years. Couldnt fault this villa very private felt totally safe in the area supernarket restaurant and bar right on the doorstep. Added bonus it has its own pool and hot tub. Without fail I will return to this property

Lovely Villa

We enjoyed the villa, it was really comfortable and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine on the terrace.The pool and hot tub were an added bonus.The area was quiet but only a 10/15 minute walk to the strip.The local Spar and Mario's restaurant was only a two minute walk away which was really handy. There is a big emphasis on keeping the villa clean which we always do wherever we go but I feel slightly more cleaning products could be left to help with this, even if it was just a few bin bags and some washing up liquid. Also, I would have appreciated more than one bath towel each for the whole week and for this reason is why I didn't give the property 5* Apart from those little things, I thought it was great and would recommend anyone to stay. tub

Nice apartment

We had a nice stay at the apartment. Local amenities and proximity to the town / beach were great. Local restaurant (Marios) is a must, and the local spa was a very handy distance. Whilst the villa sleeps 8, it must be said the facilities struggle to cater for this group size. The outdoor space is limited due to location, and whilst its lovely with the pool and hot tub, there is no room to dine outside for a group larger than a 4 and with everybody out sunbathing its a bit of a squeeze. The community pool does help this situation though. The kitchen facilities need improving. There are just about enough plates to match the group size, but it means constant running of dishwasher to keep on top of the situation. When we were there the d/w wasnt working which meant a lot of washing up. Similarly with the number of glasses which were in short supply, and due to their size - it created unnecessary problems in the heat. The owners were really helpful and if there was a problem they would try to solve it, and generally did within 24 hours Sadly the d/w wasnt able to be fixed when we were there. I would definitely recommend this apartment, but would suggest to the owners that they invest in more crockery and kitchen equipment. Also think it better suits a party of 6 rather than 8

EXPECTED A LOT

I had a group of friends get together in Lanzarote. When we arrived at the property we could not believe how amazing it was. We had expected a lot from the pictures of the property and somehow got more when we arrived. The living areas, all of the bedrooms and even the kitchen were big, spacious and very airy and had everything we needed in each accommodation. Had the perfect combination of privacy and shared space, with a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. The villa was great for cooking in the kitchen and serving breakfast, lunch and even dinner when we couldn't be bothered going out for it. The location and surrounding environment is perfect and very relaxed with the most lovely views of the sea harbor and mountains, truly spectacular. The attention to detail in this paradise is something. It was also a very short walk to the supermarket and an easy walk to nearby restaurants & bars. Amenities were more than you would need. Had a blast. The entire party had a great time and appreciate the thought and detail that went into creating this piece of paradise. We will be back. Smashing villa

My husband, Son and 1 teenage daughter, 1 teenage son, Father & Mother-in-law, and I - stayed in this beautiful villa for just a week and my only regret is I wish it could have been longer. As other people have already written, this villa is much better than the pictures suggest, it is very well maintained, well-cared for, luxurious and spacious, and the villas south-facing terrace, with its amazing sea view and sunshine all day, is huge! The lovely heated pool was just smashing, and we all really enjoyed the large hot - tub which overlooks the harbor, this, in particular at night was magical. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and there is no shortage of anything, plenty of everything, unusually for us while on holiday we ate in, several evenings and on these occasions appreciated the dishwasher, but really didn't need to use either the washing machine or dryer - I can imagine though that it would be great to have them for a longer stay! The beds - mattresses and pillows - were so comfortable, as good or better than promised, great sleeps, and there were plenty of high quality towels, including pool and beach towels provided. Extremely handy not to have to pack. Everything here was first class and 5 full stars. The villa is in a fab location in the old town, with a very convenient supermarket only a minute away (fresh orange juice every morning) and lots of restaurants and bars nearby: we would recommend Mario's for all any Italian, the "flatboat" for steak and "casa cabana" for fish - all close by and all with sea views. We'd also recommend the incredibly beautiful & scenic walk over the clifftop to Puerto Calero, the beginning or start of this trek is very close by. The whole booking process was a pleasure, we dealt with the highly efficient, helpful, kind and friendly Johanna who responded to all of our queries very quickly. It was super having a local contact in case of problems (not that we had any in this little piece of Heaven) and Peter would drop in to make sure all was good. We also really appreciated the use of the storage room for our suitcases on the last day as we had a late flight. All in all, a fantastic holiday in a smashing villa! Perfect !

Superb villa, luxurious, large and generously appointed holiday villa furnished in classical style. Fabulous heated private swimming pool and hot-tub, pure luxury. The pool and hot-tub were very well maintained and cleaned at least on half a dozen occasion during our 17 night stay. The villa is in a great location, ideally situated in a nice safe neighborhood, very close to some high standard bars & restaurants, supermarkets, English butchers shop. The beach is just 2 or 3 minutes walk. Beautiful views of the harbour, sea and the mountains from all rooms and positions, the location could not be better. The owner, Adrianne, is extremely efficient in a fun, kind and helpful way, and has a great management team whom we found to be very helpful in every way while there, a super service. The old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is a great resort and it suited us ideally, this villa was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed. We can recommend this villa without hesitation, it deserves only the highest recommendation and we will book it again. Seamus Mare Oxon

A wonderful week

We are just home from a wonderful week in the old town of Puerto Del carmen Lanzarote and this villa really made it for us. It is just beautiful, extremely spacious and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and every convenience you could ask for. The sea views are lovely and we especially enjoyed the hot-tub. The sky TV and movie channel was a bonus. If I was the owner of this villa I would not change a thing. The villas private pool was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is very convenient and central to shops, bars & restaurants. Our favourite restaurant is "Marios", 1 minute walk and a great meal for 2 with drinks can be had for under 25 euro. Johanna made the whole process of booking and arriving at the villa very easy with clear and simple instructions, we will come back and I would have no hesitation in recommending her villa. Perfect location, well-equipped, wonderful!

Great communication with Johanna in getting everything set up and arranged. Arrival was as described and the villa was ready for our early arrival - clean, set up, and as described. It was better than what the pictures indicated. Area was a quite setting, the pool and hot-tub were regularly checked. Provided great sea and mountain views with a fabulous view over the harbor. Neighborhood is very relaxed and comfortable, great for a walk with beautiful walking lanes over the sea side cliff to Puerto Calero. Fishing boats / trips available in the harbor, along with some very nice places to eat right close. This was our third trip to Lanzarote, first time staying at this villa, would we stay here again? Absolutely! We've booked for Summer. We had a great time and a most memorable Christmas with all the trimmings. Couldn't have asked for more, found the space to be excellent. very comfortable, wonderful location. Relaxing, and absolutely deserves the highest recommendation. Jasper Morris London

Super villa

Super villa, large and spacious, furnished in great style. Fab heated swimming pool and hot-tub. The pool and hot-tub were very well maintained and cleaned 3 times while we were there. The villa is situated in a nice quiet place, great neighbourhood, very close walk to some terrific bars and restaurants, supermarkets, British butchers shop etc great home-made sausages.The beach was just a couple of minutes walk. Beautiful views of the sea harbor mountains and islands in the distance from all rooms and especially from the sun terrace, the location doesn't get better. The owner is extremely kind and efficient and very helpful and has a great maintainence team, Adriane & Peter, on the ground to help with everything, excellent service. The Old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a super place to stay and this villa was perfect for our party of 8. We can highly recommend this resort and this villa and we do hope to come back again. Beautiful villa

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. It is very well equipped and in a lovely location. Peter and Adrienne who look after the villa were lovely and very helpful. We hired a car which we picked up from the airport and on our way stopped at a large supermarket so we could stock up on essentials. It was my birthday whilst I was in Lanzarote, we went to Marios for dinner and the food was lovely. We spent some time in Arrecife the capital, well worth a visit. There is one small supermarket within walking distance and and a couple of local bars. We would recommend hiring a car to see the sights around the island. We would certainly recommend this lovely villa. We found the owners so helpful when booking just wished we had stayed longer. Gerard Palmby

A nice relaxing holiday

We stayed here for a week November. From first enquiry to during our stay the communication with the owners was excellent . Very prompt replies to any of our questions . The villa was better than advertised .Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Peter (the owner ) came to see if we had settled in on the 2nd day of our stay and to make sure we had everything we needed . We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday. Just across the street from the villa there were lots of places to eat and drink . The villa is fab

All 8 of us (6 adults and 2 Kids) loved this place and would really have liked to have stayed longer. The villa is fab, extremely well equipped, very very comfy beds, the whole place is lovely & spacious and very clean, location to everything was excellent. Loved the pool and hot-tub, can't believe the difference, this was our first time renting a private villa and it was great not having to fight for a sun bed as can too often be the case on packages, and the villa worked out way better value, having the beach so close was a huge bonus. It was great for long walks over the cliffs to Puerto Calero, and the views of the sea from the villa were fantastic. Very enjoyable

Our week's stay at this villa was very enjoyable. The villa is well-designed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Lanzarote. Although the villa has numerous good features, I think its best feature is the patio with a view overlooking the harbour and sea. Eating meals we had prepared in the well-equipped kitchen on the patio was one of the highlights of our trip. The villa's location is also a big plus. There are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa. I would recommend the villa to anyone who is interested in a more leisurely stay in Lanzarote. We will definitely be back ! A very enjoyable holiday

We had a very enjoyable 9 nights. The owner was very helpful and replied promptly to any query. We arrived early at the villa and were made welcome by Pete and Adrienne who were preparing for our arrival, we were able to leave our luggage and go out right away. The house is very well equipped and it is comfortable and good value for money. The location is very good, easy walking distance to everything we wanted. Plenty of towels both for bathrooms and pool use. The tv and wi-fi worked well for us. There's air-conditioning which did a good job and everyone slept well. Y Edmunds

Fab and ideal

Just back from an amazing week here. There were 4 of us. House was fab and ideal. It has everything you would ever need, it is luxurious, huge and could easily accommodate many more. Sitting out on the sun drenched balcony for breakfast and lunch was superb and watching both the Sun rises and the Sun sets from it, with the backdrop of magnificent sea and mountain views were just wonderful. Relaxing in the spacious and comfortable sitting room with all the sky channels in the evening with a "small vino" or 2 when the sun went down was a great wind down, or just chilling in the pool or hot-tub was magical. The house is within very easy walking distance ( all on level ground ) of lovely restaurants, pubs & a good supermarket and there are great sea walks with spectacular views so be sure to bring your running shoes. Would highly recommend this house. It has everything you could possibly need in a beautiful setting. Theresa Haig

Completely chilled and sorry to be back!

This villa was outstanding. It was great to get up in the morning and come out on the terrace with such a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains and majestic Fuerteventura just across the bay, magical. The sun comes up on the large terrace and stays all day with a beautiful sunset to end the day. Between the pool and the hot tub we were spoiled for choice. It's in the perfect spot and we couldn't believe how quiet it was although the old town itself was packed every night. The villa is fully equipped with everything you would need and spotless to say the least. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close by, plus the supermarket and butchers shop about 1 minutes walk away. Johanna kept us up to date with everything and everywhere we needed to know...(much appreciated)...and If you have any problem while you are there, Peter and Adrienne are on hand to sort you out as well as doing a smashing job of keeping the villa clean and tidy. I/we will certainly be trying to make a return visit. Thank you so much for the use of your lovely villa. We had the perfect holiday. Completely chilled and sorry to be back! great villa great location great holiday

We stayed in this villa in October 2018, six of us in total, looking for a relaxing family break. Although the weather was variable we very much enjoyed our stay and were really impressed with the villa and with the island of Lanzarote itself. The island is easy to get around and the location of the villa means that you can get to anywhere on the island very easily. The villa is luxurious, open and spacious, very clean, well equipped and well appointed. It was more spacious than we expected and the layout is perfect. The pool and private hot-tub are lovely, the sea and mountain views are incredible. We hired a car from the airport which made our arrival stress free, but really didn't need to move from the villa, everything was provided and the place was so comfortable and relaxing we stayed put most days. Peter was very helpful and was around if we needed him but was in no way obtrusive. Would definitely recommend the nearby "Mario's" restaurant - the food was delicious but its also great for a drink- particularly a cocktail -the bar is fantastic! Overall we had a lovely holiday, in no small part due to the great location of this villa its beautiful views and its surrounding amenities. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.
