MEILLEUR 3 CHAMBRE À COUCHER, 3 PLAGE DE SALLE DE BAINS ET COMBINAISON DE MAISON DE BAY DANS LA ZONE DE GALVESTON! Entièrement rénové en 2017 avec une nouvelle peinture et des meubles. DORT COMPLÈTE 12.

Margarita Sunset .... aussi bien que l'image semble qu'il ne le fait pas justice. Cette maison de la baie est située à seulement 6 miles à l'ouest du col de San Luis, à 20 miles de l'île de Galveston et à 10 miles de la plage de Surfside. Il y a une plage juste en face Blue Water Hwy, c'est à cinq minutes à pied. C'est un point avec un quai privé de 200 pieds juste à côté de votre porte arrière. C'est l'une des meilleures activités de pêche, de kayak et d'observation des oiseaux sur la côte du golfe.

Appréciez le vrai point d'expérience de terrain avec vue à 360 degrés et une plage damées juste en face de la rue. Nous sommes l'endroit principal sur le traîneau local de kayak du Texas avec des milles de canotage et de pêche juste par votre porte arrière. Christmas Bay est un paradis pour les pêcheurs. Apportez votre bateau et attachez-le à votre quai privé.

We had a wonderful time at this bay house. It is the perfect location for accessing both the bay for fishing and the beach for fun! Beautiful sunsets over the bay and views of the Gulf too. The sunsets are off the charts at this house. The open view of the sun setting over the bay is amazing. The fishing in the fall is the so fun. The flounder run begins this time of year and is some of the greatest on the Gulf Coast with San Luis pass so close. Glad you enjoyed the house. Safe travels, Charles.

Everything was great. Had an ant problem but the owner was quick to respond and get the situtation taken care of.Very peaceful area. Very short distance to the beach.Our grandson loved catching fish and crab.

Will return!

Me and my family came down to Freeport for a few days! This was a good location, especially if you like to go crabbing and fishing. Best part is you can do it right outside the house and you don’t have to leave. Our host Charles, was very friendly and answered any and all questions I had.

So glad you enjoyed the crabbing it is amazing! When I was a child I grew up in the area and my parents would give me a quarter for every crab I caught. It was a great time getting sunburned and filling up an igloo cooler. Glad you guys could enjoy our house. Please come back.

Fishing getaway

We enjoyed our stay. House had everything and the location was perfect. We took advantage of the kayaks and did some wade fishing. Owners respond quickly and the neighbors to our left were beyond amazing.

My favorite part about this property is the location being directly on the water but only 300 yds from the beach. It's very unique to find waterfront Bay property with such easy Beach access. Furthermore, there's no permits or fees to access the beach and you can drive your car on it. Thanks for staying with us, safe travels!

Perfect family getaway

This is in the perfect location; right next to the boat slip. Close to beaches, town, and restaurants. Galveston and the historical pier are right up the road. The host of this property was amazing, quick with response to all needs. My family and I had a great time fishing and crabbing right off the back dock, exploring and beaching. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway. A+!

Great views!

The property itself, the location is amazing. On the water with great views and access to big water is easy. The home itself is clean and very comfortable upstairs. There's also some extra bedroom downstairs. We actually accidentally cracked the stove top and the owner was quick to respond and gracious. I real pleasure to work with and took care of everything for us.

Met here with friend for kayak fishing. Perfect property for our needs. Kayak launch immediately next door and two more just a few minutes down road. Stunning views of Christmas Bay and can even see beach from porches. Very clean, everything worked, easy check in and check out, great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing time!

This was our second stay at the house and once again we had a great time. House located down a quiet street but the beach is about 300 yards away. Charles has always been very responsive to answer any questions. We will be back!

Great for kayaking and fishing on Christmas Bay or just relaxing on the beach.

Wanted to share the coastal experience with friends from Dallas. We were able to kayak/fish as much as we wanted then take a break at the cabin then walk/ride to beach to play and even catch a few fish jn the surf. The property is the perfect location so everyone was able to enjoy a variety of activities so no one got bored. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck.

Great home! Lots of fishing!

We rent lots of homes 4-5 times a year. Really loved this one. My boys fished everyday! Home is very nice. Lots of space! We stayed in the bigger of the two. We will be back!

Great time with family.

The property was great, my only surprise was that the property was listed as 3 bedroom. Based on the photos I assumed all 3 bedrooms were in the main house. That wasn't the case, the 3rd bedroom is actually a laundry room downstairs (bathroom included). My family and I really enjoyed our time at Christmas bay and look forward to returning.

Thanks for your great review. Most houses on the bay and beach have a bunk room downstairs. It allows separation for kids if needed or someone that wants a ground level bedroom. We also keep a second washer and dryer in the lower level to facilitate all the laundry necessary between rentals.

Awesome location, great house, great time!

We had a blast! The house was nice and the photos in the listing give an accurate depiction. The kids caught a meals worth of keeper crabs off the dock. Caught fish in the bay and on the surf. That is a great beach and only about a 5 minute walk. Downstairs shower was very convenient! Most important things to me on a coast house - good AC & good water pressure in the shower and both boxes were checked. We'd love to come back here!

Last Minute Family Vacation

We stayed at Margarita Sunset this past weekend and had a great time! The house was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. We caught catfish and a couple of crabs right off of the back deck. I have to say, the crabbing was much better down the road. Tip: We came from 288 and went through some really small towns there weren't very nice. If you are going the same way and need to go into town to get some things - go the opposite way (towards Galveston). The town is much nicer and has a lot more to offer. If you are planning on heading to Galveston during your stay, it is only about 30 minutes away. Not a bad drive at all! I would recommend this place for a guys fishing trip or families with children or pets. :)

Awesome and unique experience

My family really enjoyed staying here. There was so much to do! My 11 year old daughter fished for the first time in her life and caught a fish on her very first cast! We caught crabs off the doc (some good sized blue crabs and I think a stone crab). We were able to rent kayaks (kayak rental company delivered to the house). This place is great for pets - our dog loved her walks on the beach. Getting food was easy - we ordered delivery from the HEB in Freeport. On thing that really stood out and is undersold in the listing - the birds! We saw lots of birds that I have never seen before in my life - and right from the comfort of the house - you can watch them for hours - they put on a good show! Owner is very responsive and helpful. House itself was clean and in good working order. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
